Ch 10: The Planning

"Where is Liang?", asked Wei as he hurriedly entered the house. On hearing this Liang came running to Wei "Pa.."

Wei hugged Liang tightly, "I won't let you go away from me. Promise me baby you won't leave me ever." Liang was confused,"Why would I ever leave you Pa? I will always be with you I promise." Wei kissed Liang on the forehead.

Mr and Mrs Shen were very worried seeing Wei's behavior. "Wei I want to talk to you.",said Mr Shen. "I will talk to you Dad but not now."

After having dinner, Wei took Liang with him and made him sleep. Then he came out of his room and went to talk with his parents who were waiting for him.

"What is all this going on Wei? What happened to you since yesterday?",asked Mrs Shen. Wei was not able to find how to explain his parents the situation he was going through. He was just silent.

"What happened Wei? Please say something.", again Mrs Shen asked. "Mom Dad I think I have to leave this place with Liang."

Both Mr and Mrs Shen were shocked hearing such a thing from Wei. "What are you saying? Tell me everything properly. I heard that Zhao Cheng died in a car accident. Is it related to him?", asked Mr Shen.

Wei remained silent and just nodded as tears started to shed from his eyes. "Wei please don't hide anything from us. Tell me everything. What do you know? Were you in contact with Zhao Cheng?", asked Mr Shen.

"Dad yesterday Cheng Ge called me to his office.", said Wei and then he narrated the whole thing that happened till the day.

Both Mr and Mrs Shen got worried. "Those Zhaos were still not satisfied after taking away my Yezu that they have now targeted you. What kind of people they are? They snatched away all our happiness four years ago and now when we again were trying to build up our happiness, they have come up with another disaster to destroy our family. Wei I won't allow them to take Liang with them. We will also go with you both.", said Mr Shen.

"No Dad only I will go. You both must stay here. You can't travel much. You need to take care of your health otherwise you will get ill. I know a friend who lives in Zete City, I will go there and from my degrees I can join the University and be a professor there or I will find some job. I have decided this and once everything will be settled, you both can come and we will live together.", said Wei.

"You have thought this much!",asked Mr Shen surprisingly. "Yes Dad I can not compromise on Liang's future at all. I want to be a good father and protect him no matter what.", said Wei. "My baby has grown up so much. We are proud of you and we are with you Wei in all your decisions.",said Mr Shen lovingly as he hugged Wei.

"Dad We have to leave before the sunrise as soon as possible. I can't take any risk.", said Wei.

"So early! I need to make arrangements quickly.", said Mrs Shen with a smile. Then they went to do some work.

Wei called his friend and confirmed about his stay and then he quickly started packing up all the necessary items. Mrs Shen was also busy packing food items and other stuffs for them.

Mr Shen just sat beside Liang who was sleeping and caressed him dearly.

They all hoped that everything gets fine soon and their plan works. But they were not knowing whom they are going to face. Zhao Yunlan was a person who if once decided to do a thing never left it unfinished.
