Ch 15: The Deal

Yunlan hurriedly untied the ropes of Wei and made him lie down giving him support from his one knee and hand. Yunlan noticed that Wei actually looked pale.

"I'm sorry master I didn't know-",John got frightened seeing Yunlan worried so much but he was cut off in between by Yunlan, who shouted "Bring water quickly!!" Hearing the order John quickly brought a bottle of water.

Without wasting anytime Yunlan quickly sprinkled some water on Wei's face untill Wei started to flutter his eyes. Seeing Wei trying to open his eyes Yunlan got relieved and he took the bottle to Wei's mouth. Wei's head was a bit heavy and when he opened his eyes a bit he felt that someone is trying to give him water. He was very thirsty so he grabbed the bottle and finished it in one go.

Now Wei felt awaken but still his body was aching. He now noticed that the lights of the place were on and someone was holding him. When he turned and saw the person looking at him he got away from the person and said to him with the energy he have,"Where is my baby?"

Yunlan was staring at Wei and was lost in some thoughts, came back to his senses by Wei's voice. "I came here to tell you about that only. If you want to meet your son listen to whatever I say."

"What do you want Mr Zhao? Tell me now! I just want my baby back to me. Don't you dare hurt him!", said Wei in full anger.

"As if you don't know what I want. I want Liang. And you clearly know why?", said Yunlan. "I clearly know how evil you can be and that's all because of your greed.", said Wei.

"Yes I'm greedy because it is our house and I don't want anyone else to occupy it. And you know what Liang is now the owner of the house and also our family so, he will live with us in that house.", said Yunlan.

"So, it's just the matter of house. Let me assure you Mr Zhao we will leave your house to you and would never get your way.", said Wei

"Is it that easy Shen Wei? I just want Liang by our side. How can I even believe you when all my suspicion for my Ge's death is against you? Will you not take away all of the Liang's property since you are his dear Pa?", said Yunlan in complete rage.

"What!?! How can you even say that without even knowing what all happened? You all didn't even know the existence of my Liang and now you are here showing your possession. I have brought up my child and I won't let anyone take him away from me.", said Wei breathing heavily in anger.

"Oh so that was your plan right to make Cheng Ge give all his properties to you indirectly through Liang. You must have blackmailed him right! How much money do you want to let go Liang?", said Yunlan.

Wei just glared at Yunlan with rage visible in his eyes. Then he sighed and sneered,"You know what Mr Zhao, a greedy, angry and blind fool like you will never understand what true love is. I hope that one day your blindfold may get opened."

Hearing that Yunlan held Wei's hand and just glared at him and didn't speak. "Ah...ah...",Wei grimaced in pain. His hand was bleeding because it got cut from the rope when he was struggling to get free.

On seeing blood coming out from Wei's hand, Yunlan left his hand and went to his car to bring first aid, while Wei just sat there not even moving a bit, he felt too bad for being blamed like that.

After returning Yunlan held Wei's hand and cleaned up his wound and was applying ointment. Wei just let him do whatever he wants,"So Mr Zhao also knows how to clean the wounds after giving them himself. What a talent!", said Wei sneering. Those words really made Yunlan feel guilty and gave a jerk to his heart but he kept binding up Wei's wound.

"So Shen Wei enough of nonsense now. I want to talk to you something important.", said Yunlan. "Hurry up tell me and leave me to my son.",said Wei coldly.

"It's related to Liang. I want you to come and live with Liang in Zhao mansion and help him to get comfortable in our family.", said Yunlan.

"And why would I do so?", asked Wei. "It is because your parents are currently alone at home and may be a sudden accident like house fire can take their lives. I surely know that you love them so you will take only the right decision.", said Yunlan.

Wei got too scared now, "You are truly a beast Zhao Yunlan. Don't you dare to hurt my parents.", shouted Wei.

"So you do agree to come with me.", said Yunlan. "Do I have any other option?", said Wei gritting his teeth hard.

"Very good! So you have to come to the house just to take care of Liang. You must never try to escape with Liang. You must help us to develop a good bond with him. You must not tell anyone what all happened between us. Do you understand?", said Yunlan.

"Why can't you simply let us go? And when Liang will be an adult I will make him transfer the will to you.", said Wei trying for the last time.

"Because I don't trust you. Also Liang has the blood of the Zhao. So, I want him to be a part of our family. Now will you agree or see the consequences.", said the stubborn Yunlan.

Wei sighed in complete disappointment,"I agree."

"That's good for you. So, I told Liang that you were in hospital due to flu so, you have to say same. Also you have to convince your parents without telling them anything. And no need to worry about your luggage your son is smart enough to take it with him.", said Yunlan and Wei nodded in agreement.

"So, that's the deal now let's go.", said Yunlan as he helped Wei to get up because his body was still aching. Wei got up and stretched his hands and body and then followed Yunlan towards the car. They left the place with Yunlan telling something to John secretly.

They both just remained silent the whole way to home. While Yunlan was just stealing glances at Wei, the other person was just looking out of the windows emerged in his own thoughts. Wei was very nervous to face his fate. He was also afraid to visit and live in the family that made his world completely fallen apart.
