The Plan

-another short update, but it's surprising that my depressed, unmotivated ass is posting anything-

"What makes you think this will work this time?" Roy spat, still grumpy from the whole situation.

"Cause I'm not doing the same thing!" Dick called from inside the vent. "They set up a fence in here, that's connected to their AI system..."

"No way." Wally said. "Dude, you don't have your belt OR gloves!"

"Yea, I'll have to improvise." Dick replied.

Roy finished boosting the youngest into the vent. "Well, what are you going to do?"

 "We need someone to bring our weapons." Dick said. "Think, who's the weakest link? Out of the posse we met last night? Who is the most gullible?"

"Thor?"

"Arrow?"

Dick smirked, getting into the system. "Think again."

Peter hopped into the elevator and checked his phone. He had two missed messaged from Mr. Stark. Anxiously, he opened them:

Mr. Stark: Hey Kid, I have a job for you.

Mr. Stark: Are you able to go to the tower?

Peter quickly replied:

Me: Yes! What Is It!!

Me: Of course I'm coming over!

Me: I always come over on Fridays.

There was an almost instant reply, which surprised Peter. Mr. Stark usually had to go in and work during the afternoon. The message said:

Mr. Stark: Banner doesn't think our guests a threat, I need you to get them their toys. Feel free to let them out as well

Peter's spidersense buzzed a little in his ears, and it was weird for M.Stark to address Bruce so formally, but he shook it off. He got off at Banner's lab level, and hurried off to find the confiscated weapons.

"Do you think you tricked 'em?" Wally asked as Roy lowered Dick from the vents.

"I hope so, I did my best impression of the jackass."

"Wow, what if Agent A heard you talking like that?" Roy commented, starting to feel more confident about their situation.

Dick went pale. "Don't tell him."

There was a timid knock at the door. "Hey, I got your stuff. I'm gonna let you out, but, you can't run off... This is Peter by the way."

"Great, peter. We'll be right out."
