I woke up to the sound of Aang punching something, again. Somehow Toph was still sleeping through it.

Last night after our, uh, kiss, when we got back to camp Toph moved my bedroll over to hers. Literally, I laid down and suddenly I was rolling across the camp.

"Hey, how long have you been up?" Katara asked. I sat up looking over at them. Aang was punching a tree.

"A couple hours. I got a lot more skills to refine if I'm going to fight Ozai."

"More like five," I said, rolling over and covering my ear with my arm. Toph continued to sleep beside.

"You know there is such a thing as over-training." I heard, muffled. Then felt the thump of something falling. Toph sat up, along with Sokka.

"You don't get it, do you? My form is bad. I'm sloppy. And I still don't know any firebending, not even the basics."

"Y/n can teach you." I rolled back over and looked at them.

"That's okay Aang. The eclipse will block all firebending anyway, you don't need to know any." Sokka looked over at Aang. "Plus it's a stupid element. Sorry Y/n."

"Nah I agree." I lifted a thumbs up in the air.

"Okay, well, I still have to work on everything else. I'd better spend the whole day training."

And he did, despite being, very clearly, incredibly tired. I yawned watching him from on top of a rock.

"Hey Y/n," Toph said from behind me, making me jump.

"Hey." I scooted over on the rock, making room for her.

"You sound tired." She sat down.

"I am tired, it was hard getting back to sleep."

"Oh," she leaned closer, "whatever reason could there be for that." I blushed.

"Hey Toph, hey Y/n," Katara said from behind us. I almost fell off the rock. Everyone seemed to be scaring me today.

"Hey Katara," Toph said. I turned around to face her.

"Are you feeling okay Y/n? Your face is red."

"Huh? Oh yeah, I'm doing just fine." I heard Toph quietly giggle.

She raised an eyebrow. "Anyway, I was wondering if you learned anything new while you were..."

"Being held prisoner?"

"Yea, stuff that could help us with the attack."

I sighed, thinking. "Well, I learned stuff, but I don't think any of it would help. Sorry, I just didn't think of it at the time." I shrugged.

"It's okay," she glanced over at Aang, "think you could teach him firebending though?"

"I could try-"

"Actually." Toph stood up and grabbed my hand, making the blush on my face worsen. "She's gotta come help me with something." She pulled me off the rock.

"Sorry," I called back to Katara. I turned back to Toph as she led us through the woods. "So, what are we doing out here?"

"Well, I never got a chance to thank you for the dessert."

"Oh, you don't have to-"

"I'm going to, so I asked Sokka for help earlier while you were staring off into space. I'm surprised you didn't notice honestly." I blushed. "Anyway it took a little bit longer than I thought, but..." She stopped a small blanket, there was a basket in the center of it, the one I had originally given her. "If it tastes bad, I'm sorry."
