So today I'm going out to eat with Brendan and I'm really excited, I don't know why but I am 😊 his like really cute and who would pass up this,

"Damn stop being thirsty" I mumbled to myself

As I was about to get dressed by dad came in my room busting through the door,

"CARMEN!!!! Llock down the house and go in the safe house, get anything you and ashanti needs" he said then speeding walking out my room

"Why what's wrong? What happen?"

"There trying to shoot up the house, Nate came by with some important information telling me that the black riders are going to come by tonight and shoot up the house that's why I want you to pack everything you and ashanti needs for 3 weeks, yea I know that it's a lot of time to be away from home but it's for our safety only, now pack please we have 5 hours till mid night"

I huffed as I watched my dad stuff his bag

" I would do something about it RIGHT now but I don't want nothing to happen to you too and I don't wanna leave you guys alone with no parent, so I'll handle it in the next 3 weeks when things cooled down" my dad added "now GO"

I kinda jumped on the inside by the bass of his voice

I then ran to my room packed what I needed and did the same for ashanti.

As I was packing I then thought of the date, I won't be able to get due to this situation, so I texted Brendan.

C : hay Brendan
B : what up I hope you'll be wearing something sexy for me 😉😍👅💦
C: lol but no nigga, my family is having problems so I'll be going to Atlanta for 3 weeks, so I can't go to dinner with you sorry😩
B : damn😕 I really hoping I can get to know you and spend time with you, well I hope y'all fix whatever is wrong, don't stress while your down there, have fun👌
C : likewise bye, see u in 3 weeks

After I was done texting Brendan I finished packing my stuff, luckily ashanti was sleep, she's been really sleepy these days, she's probably grow cuz she has also been eating a lot, growing symptoms, later on shell come to me telling me her knees hurt.

When I was done I meet my dad downstairs.

"I got ashanti in the car already, I'll put your bags in the car and bring any snacks anything thing you need on the ride" "iight I got you best believe the whole kitchen is coming with us" "no the hell it ain't" he yell half way out the door "yes the hell it is I like to eat so I'm bring anything I want" he turned and looked at me "you know what I don't even care no more, can you just hurry up so we can go, please hurry damn Carmen"

"Oops I think your mad" "oops I think your not too old to get your ass beat now are you" I was silent " didn't think so now get that ass in the car" I rolled my eyes and grabbed my bag of snacks and got in the car he can kiss my ass with his bald ass head.

My dad walk out the house with some valuable things of his, he putted in the truck of the yellow hummer, got in and we drove off, I really don't want to look for a new house😪😒

3week later

Right now I'm in florida and it looks like we have to say for a month and may I say there's some FINE ass boys here damn, to light skin from dark skin 😍 let me stop

Ever since I left Brendan has been texting me, calling me, snapchating me, face timing me. he's really really sweet like he has my mind goin crazy when we talk for some reason, his words, his voice, he's just pure sex like damn. Shid let me calm down😹😹

But since I'm staying here for a month and 2 weeks I'm goin to have as much fun as I can me and ashanti, but I gotta call Brendan and tell him I'm going to bee here for a month. Here let me call him now tho

B : aye yo what's up beautiful? I miss you

C : well I called you cuz I gotta tell you that I'm going to be in Jackson, Florida for a month and 2 weeks.
B: are you dead ass😧
C : yea, I'm sorry, but I promise when I get down there I'll go on that date you asked me a couple weeks back ok.
B:😟 I guess that's a little better but I have a question to ask you
C: "go head ask" I said with full attention
B: nope you just going to have to wait to see durn our date see u later beautiful bye ma

He then hung up leaving me there wanting to know really bad his question

"Aye why yo ass still in here, you better make Florida fun for you since were staying here a few more weeks, there's a big ass beach and your big ass fore head can go explore it" I turned to my dad with my mouth open "really I know yo greasy--- you know what let me stop for I get in trouble, me and ashanti AND you will go get some ice cream and go to the beach tomorrow" "come on Carmen you know I can't do that I have a lot of work to do I won't be able to de nothing during this little trip" "come on dad please" he shook his head "I'm sorry Carmen I can't I have work to do, people to kill, you know"

I shook my head "that's all you do is work now that mom is gone, we barely get to spend time with each other, matter fact we never get to sorb time with each other, it's all ways work this work that, the only time I do get to see you is in the mornings and at sometimes at night. I lost one parent and you working and not spending time with me is making me feel like I have none at all" I ran up to my 'ROOM' locked it and just laid down to think about things and how it would be better if mom was still here. I

You know I wouldn't mind if my dad started talking to another female because maybe he'll stop working as much.

10 minuets later my dad knocked on my door

"Carmen" I roiled my eyes "yes sir"
"You have to understand that I work to provide for you guys I can't-- "but you still never pay any attention or spend time with me, you probably don't even care" "man Carmen DONT CUT ME OFF" I jumped at the base of his voice "I work to provide for us, so we won't struggle because we don't make the same money me did when your mom was alive, so I'm working my ass off for you, so you can be happy and so I can spoil you because your still my baby girl,ill give you the world, and I can't do that if I don't work, just wait I'll get better, I'll slow down on working, find me a girl, then we'll be good, you just got to give me some time ok" I looked down because he was right " ok, I'm sorry I went off on you, it's just I---" I looked down not wanting to continue

"I understand, get some sleep, I'll go put ashanti to sleep, I love you" he said kissing my forehead "I love you too dad" he left Turing off my light and lightly shutting the door 😑 I hate when people do that not shut the door all the way

So now my ass gotta get up and close the door all the way 😩😒😹

After I laid down and got comfortable I got a text form........ Brendan and it said

"Good night beautiful can't wait to see you when you come and have wonderful dreams -Brendan❤️"

I smile and texted back "you too😘😘😍"

Man this boy has a little effect on me
