chapter 12: the pep talk

"I think you two have some explaining to do" said Poe. They both snickered at first but then Rey began to say "well everything I just told you hours ago was true, we faced Palpatine, he died saving me and then we all found Bellan and agreed to run off in hiding together for for Bellan's sake." "Well DUH, you don't have to tell me what I already lived. I mean how is he back here, why is he back here, and the most important of all things, are you two like TOGETHER together, or just together." Rey sighed and said "well ya see one night we talked to force ghosts of the past jedi Luke and Obi Wan Kenobi. They told us to find a book in the first jedi temple and it spoke about a world between world's and when I heard it I had a feeling that was where Ben went. And Bellan became a new or old type of jedi I guess and then I did to, we brought Ben back through the portal between world's and now he's here but we also released Emperor Palpatine by accident." Poe and Finn's mouths had hung down all the way to the floor. All Finn could think of was how on earth did all of this happen and I not know a thing. Poe on the other hand was thinking out loud. "Okay so mystical ghost people showed up and told you to read a book and itll chanbe your life and you BELIEVED THEM." Every time rey tried 5ogether bump in Poe kept thinking aloud "And you were going to risk the entire fabric of reality on a FEELING. For a guy who has tried to kill you MULTIPLE TIMES. And now you let the most powerful enemy we've ever faced FREE." Rey was slightly insulted as was Ben but Bellan knew that was about right. "Well when you say it like that it sounds stupid" Rey said with a hint of sass. "IT IS STUPID NO MATTER HOW YOU SAY IT" Poe shot back.

Rey must admit she was a little reckless letting Palatine free. "Okay, i may have done a wrong and I'm sorry but there is no sense in crying or in Poe's case yelling. What's done is done. Palatine is a grave threat, and the longer he's left out there the more dangerous he becomes, but we handled him before me and Ben and now we have an extra set of hands to help, Bellan. I know you all are scared of Palatine and I am too, but we can do this, this team is unstoppable, this team can do anything. So who's with me when I say we are all gonna train harder then ever before and take Palatine down... again."

"Count me in Rey" said Finn with a big smile on his face. Ben walked up to Rey and put his hand on her shoulder he said "anything for you", Poe was still a tad bit skeptical of Kylo- Ben being completely good and still didn't like Rey being that close to him. But he was willing to give him the benifit of the dought and sid "alright alright I'm in." "So let's talk weapons, me and Poe and Rey have blasters, Bella and Rey have light sabers, Ben you just died and came back to life so I'm assuming you got nothing". "NOT TRUE AT ALL, I have this" he said holding up a light saber. "Sweetie, that's mine" rey said trying to hold back the laughter. "Okay ya fine I got nothing". "Don't threat, I think I got just the perfect thing" said Rey with a smirk on her face.
