*Ring*

You suddenly woke up when you heard the sound of your phone ringing. You lazily get your phone and saw that someone is calling you.

"Hello?" you said in a very thin voice

'Hi Y/N what are you up to?" the girl asked

"Oh, Suzumeda-senpai" you said

"How many times do I told you to call me by my first time" she sighed

"Ah-eh, gomenasai Kaori-san"

"So later after school I'm going to talk to you about something, meet me at the gymnasium okay?" she said

"Okay" you said

She hung up and you wonder what is she going to tell you later after school. Then suddenly...

Speaking of school, YOU ARE RUNNING LATE! You look at the time and noticed you woke up late. Good thing Kaori called you, because if she doesn't, you're going to wake up super late.

You hurried to the bathroom and took a bath, brush your teeth and change into your uniform that consists of a collared shirt, skirt, and ribbon. One thing you loved about Fukurodani is their uniforms.

You rushed downstairs and noticed your sister cooking breakfast.

"Hey Y/N OHAYOOO! Why are you rushing?"

"I'm late for school"

Your sister looked at the time and noticed that she's running late as well. Your sister looked at you.

"At least eat before you go"

"I can't I think I'm just going to buy something on the convenience store"

You rushed out of your house "Bye, Aiya-san!"

You wait for your bus to came at the bus stop. When your bus came you hurriedly hop on the bus and find a seat.

After a few minutes, you reached your school. You bought milk in the store hurriedly and ran to the entrance of your building.

You go directly to your room and saw your homeroom teacher lecturing the class.

"Y/N you're late"

"What? It's just 8:01!"

"You're a minute late, please take your seat"

You're so frustrated that you're a minute late, I REPEAT A FREAKING MINUTE! You sat on your seat and angrily poke the straw on the milk carton and drink it.

Time flew by and now it's lunch time! Still frustrated that you're late, you walked to the hallway and noticed your friend waving at you. You walked towards her.

"Harukaaaa!" you shouted

"Y/N!" she yelled back

You both laughed and walked together to the canteen.

"Ne, Haruka do you know that I'm one minute late in school" you said while making a frustrated face

"Eh!? Then why don't you wake up a minute early huh?" your friend teased you while laughing. You want to punch her in the face but you can't help to laugh at your own mistake

When you're both at the canteen, you both ordered your lunch and sat at the table near the entrance. You both talked about some things that happened at school and many more

"Y/N do you know that the captain of our volleyball team is so cool!?" Haruka said

"Oh, Bokuto-san?" you said

"You know him?" Haruka asked

"I just heard him from Suzumeda-senpai, the manager of the volleyball team" you said

"Oh, I watched his practice yesterday, He's so cool!" Haruka said. You definitely saw the sparkle in her eyes

"Haruka, do you like him?" you asked

She stopped eating and accidentally coughed

"What? NOOO! I just admire him" she said blushing in embarrassment

Lunch time passed by and you walked back to your room

"Bye Haruka!" you said while walking away and she waved at you.

You sat at your seat and decided to lay down a bit. You can feel the breeze coming from the window. You sat properly and feel the breeze. It brushed against your hair. You feel calm and relaxed.

The class ended and you walked out from your room. While you're walking at the hallway. You received a text message. It's from Suzumeda-senpai

"Y/N don't forget to come here at the gymnasium"

You put your phone at your bag and walked to the gymnasium

When you got there, you saw Suzumeda on the entrance. You walk towards her

"Suzumeda-senpai what do you call me here for?" you asked

"Well about that, I'm about to ask something..." she said

You looked at her with confusion and question marks started to pop out of your head.

"Can you be the manager of the volleyball team?" she asked

You looked at her blankly. Me? A manager!? You don't know what to say, you're utterly confused

"Um, Suzumeda-senpai, why me?" you asked sincerely

"Well, I think that you're responsible and you know a lot about volleyball, I mean you're a former player after all" she said

You continued to stare at her blankly. You sighed

"Sure, why not?" you said while smiling

You can see that she's happy and relieved at the same time. You smiled again, I mean What could possibly go wrong?
