The cool breeze flew by, and she shivered as she stood under the building, looking in front of her to see the heavy rain not seeming to have any plans to stop at all. She sighed, clutching the thin cardigan to hopefully store some warmth.

"You could've at least rained after I reached home...", she mumbled in dissatisfaction. "Reading a book while in bed and opening my window to this weather would be nice"

"Unfortunately I can't do that now", she huffed.

"Oh, it's you", a familiar voice called.

She turned to see the boy. "Yeah, as you can see I'm stranded"

He chuckled, before taking something out of his bag. "Here"

Looking at his hand, she frowned before facing him. "Don't you need it too?"

"It's fine, I have a spare. See?", He waved the other umbrella in his hand.

"Just take it, you can give it back whenever you want to"

He was offering a umbrella, dark blue with little flecks of white making it look similar to a night sky filled with stars. It was definitely pretty, her art eye caught that.

After some pondering, she finally extended her hand to take it.

"Thanks", Yeonri smiled.

"No problem, well then see you tomorrow I guess?", Jaemin turned to walk away.

"Yeah sure, bye! Walk safely", she waved.

Opening his faded green umbrella, Jaemin spared one last glance at the girl before giving a bright smile.

You know, the type of smile that made her feel warm and fuzzy inside. It was like magic, as if the cold rain was gone suddenly. Well, that's what she thought of course.

"Take care, Riri", he chuckled saying the nickname, before stepping foot into the rain and walking away.

Cheeks burning up, she could only stare at the male's back that was slowly disappearing into the distance. Yeonri could feel her heart thumping loudly, and she wondered why.

After walking a fair distance, Jaemin stopped in the middle of the rain.

Letting out a sigh of content, he smiled to himself thinking about the conversation before this. And how it was so similar to his dream the night before.

"Soulmate dreams, they really don't lie", he whispered, looking at the inked mark on his wrist and continue walking, feeling a sense of light in his heart.

"She'll know one day, right?"
