"And in we come!"

"Don't break my door Nari!"

It was already the weekend, and the group of lively young adults were walking into Renjun's huge house. With Nari, being the most excited.

"Woohoo! I see the pool already, come on"

Renjun sighed, a hand over his forehead. "This girl...well since y'all are here already, just go on into the pool"

"Yahoo!", Nari jumped with her hands up in the sky, before opening the door to the pool and grabbing the hem of her shirt before lifting it up over her head. This caused the boys to go wide eyed at the girl's boldness.

"W-what are you doing Nari!?", Jisung shrieked as he turned around his eyes sealed shut, same with the others.

The said girl just looked clueless. "I'm taking off my shirt to go swimming of course. I have a swimsuit on, you perverted asses!"

Jihye sighed, but smiled later on. "What a rambunctious girl"

Yeonha followed Nari, also taking off her shirt before looking back at the others. "How long are y'all gonna stand there? Man up and take off your shirts boys! Unless..."

"You're shy?", Yeonha laughed mischievously.

"Obviously not, what do you take me for?", Jeno went to the pool first out of all the boys, making the others surprised by his boldness.

"You're younger than me, so", Yeonha shrugged as she swam near the edge of the pool, seeing her boyfriend's sculpted body.

"Okay girls, are we going or what?", Xiu Ying smiled.

"I'm gonna pass", Jihye said as she went and sat near the pool edge and dipped her legs into the water.

"Same here", Yeonri followed suit, except she sat cross-legged a bit further from the pool.

"Aww bummer, well then I'll go in myself then!", Xiu Ying winked at Chenle before diving.

"Xiu Ying! I said no splashing water!!", Renjun complained as he huffed.

"Chill bro, we can clean up later. But the sun's gonna evaporate all the water before we even get the chance anyway", Donghyuck waved him off before following the others.

Chenle and Jisung also went to the pool, but Renjun stayed behind and instead went to sit beside Jihye. This resulted a overprotective brother squinting his eyes at the two.

He was about the head towards them and break them apart until Yeonri spoke up. "Jaemin, you're not going into the pool?"

The said boy snapped from his previous thoughts and looked at the girl who was smiling faintly at him.

And slowly but surely, his heartbeat grew fast bit by bit.

He coughed a little. "I wasn't going to, but maybe I will now. Since today's quite hot anyways"

Yeonri laughed. "Go ahead then"

Jaemin took a deep breath, before pulling the shirt off himself in front of Yeonri with his back facing her.

It was at that moment, Yeonri's breath hitched. Looking at the male's fit physique, and how the sunlight shined on him, it made her face flushed.

Meanwhile Jaemin took this as a chance to impress his crush, and future soulmate after all.

He enjoyed himself in the pool, splashing water here and there. But occasionally, he would spare a glance at Yeonri, who would shyly looked away with a faint pink on her cheeks.

Jaemin chuckled. 'Got her'

With one more idea in mind, Jaemin decided to go underwater for a bit, before rising from the pool.

Letting droplets of water fall from his hair, he combed a hair through it with his eyes closed. Once he opened them, he went and stared again straight at Yeonri.

This time, the poor girl choked on her lemonade and hid her face under the magazine. She was as red as a tomato, mind going berserk.

'What is he planning!? He keeps looking at me like that and do stuff that gives me this feeling in my stomach and I just- ajdnakskskkdskskak'

Having enough of blushing from seeing Jaemin shirtless with his pretty body for all the world to see, Yeonri got up and went to the kitchen to grab a tub of ice cream and eat it while thinking about the feelings she's growing to have.

Jaemin looked at her retreating figure, and once again couldn't hold back from smiling brightly at the adorable girl.

But once he diverted his attention at something else, the butterflies in his stomach soon diminished and another feeling washed over him.

He squinted his eyes at the two, and cracked his knuckles before swimming towards them who were sitting by the edge happily chatting.

And suddenly, he appeared right in front of them and pulled the two into the pool. Resulting to sounds of annoyance coming from his sister and best friend.

"What did you do that for!?", Renjun and Jihye exclaimed.

Jaemin whistled while looking at someplace else, pretending like he didn't do anything. "What? It looked like you two needed to cool off"

'The one who needs to cool off is you, damnit', both Jihye and Renjun thought as they glared at Jaemin who just enjoyed himself in the water.

Jihye tsked. "An overprotective and good -for-nothing brother? Pick a struggle", she sighed.

Renjun nodded, repeating the girl's actions.

"Wouldn't have said it better myself"
