(Ieyasu's POV)
[And with Sirzechs's order, Rias decide to release her sealed Bishop. So that's why i feel something heavy when i'm going to our Clubroom. And, we decide to release that Bishop after school.]
Ieyasu: "You never tell me that you have another Bishop, Rias-chan."
Rias: "I want to tell you about this. But, i'm too scared to tell you."
Ieyasu: "It's fine, Rias-chan. Maybe you're not ready about it."
Rias: "...Ieyasu-kun?"
Ieyasu: "Hmm?"
Rias: "Your Peerage, except you and Kasumi, all of them are Mutated, right?"
Ieyasu: "Yep.. All of them."
Rias: "All of them must be strong. And they can control their power."
[Perhaps Rias has sealed her Bishop because she can't contain and control it's power.]
Ieyasu: "You know, we can talk about it later. We must go to school right now."
Rias: "You're right."
Ieyasu: "Let's hope for the best today."

[It shows Jeanne D'Arc is smiling as her uniform turns into her French armor and Mashu Kyrielite with her armor and giant shield on her right hand and a Cath Palug Fou jumping to Jeanne's shoulder.]
