You feel it in the wind
As it blows through your hair,
That caress on your cheek
Like someone who cares.
You feel it in the heat
Of the sun at noon,
Like a persistent reminder
Of the trouble you'll go through.
You feel it when you dip
Your legs in a lake,
That refreshing feeling
You can't seem to shake.
You feel it when you look
At the moon in the sky,
And the whispers of the crickets
Makes your soul ignite.
You feel it when you gaze
At a mountain's high peak,
And remember your place
In a world of majesty.
It's the feeling of nature
Teaching us about life,
In simple gestures
Day and night.
