Alex's heart is close to bursting with happiness when he felt Pepper's soft lips quiver as they share their first kiss as husband and wife. Husband and wife. He felt a surge of happiness his heart could not almost contain as it finally hit home- he is kissing his wife. Pepper is finally his wife!

He just can't find the words to describe what he is feeling at this moment. All he knows is that he has now reached that point in his life when his dreams has finally become a part of his reality because that's where he is standing right now. And God, he had been trying so hard not to cry.

He had traveled far and long. It was not an easy journey. His throat constricted at the thought of his struggles making this dream come true. His mind drifted to those times he was yet confused about how he really felt about Pepper, how anxious he was when he realized he wants to be more than her bestfriend, how he suppressed his feelings for her, how he used to look at her from afar wishing it was him she had fallen in love with, how he got hurt when he thought she was manipulating his feelings, how he cried when she left that first winter she was officially his, how it hurt everytime he leaves her each time he comes home to visit, those seemingly endless nights of missing her, and his thoughts could go on and on... And he felt grateful that he was able to surpass those hurtful moments because it all led him to where he is right now. His journey has ended. Marrying Pepper is it's fulfillment.

His heart swells with deep gratitude. He could feel the cold metal on his ring finger. And damn, it felt good. He never felt any better. Yeah, there were better days... but today... today is just the best. He felt so happy he could swear he must have stepped on clouds for feeling so high.

This is his dream. He deserved this happiness. After almost losing his mind for the past two weeks, the sleepless nights and torturous thoughts, he definitely deserve to keep this happiness. He got to keep his wife, his one and only Pepper.

Naramdaman niyang pasimpleng kinurot ng asawa ang tagiliran nang lumalim ang halik. Napilitan siyang pakawalan ang labi nito. Nakita niyang nakangiti ang ninong niya na naiiling. Kissing her just makes him forget about everything.

"I still can't believe we did this," anito. Bumadha ang pag-aalala sa mukha nito. "My God, what will mom and dad think?"

Hinalikan niya ang tuktok ng ulo nito. "They will think that we are two normal people who fell in love and decided to get married."

"This is not normal. No one gets married in an instant. This is crazy." Pina-ikot nito ang mata na ikinataas ng sulok ng labi niya. He has a cute lovable wife and he felt falling for her every time they are together.

"And beautiful," dagdag niya na napatitig sa mukha nito. This beautiful face will be the first one he'll wake up to each morning and the last one he'll see before he sleeps at night. That's what he used to dream of. Being with Pepper. Close. Every day. Every night. Every waking moment. How could he love her so much?

Napatitig ito sa kanya at napangiwi. Pagkuwa'y tumango. "You're crazy and I'm beautiful."

"Or you can be both."

Kinurot nitong muli ang tagiliran niya na ikinatawa niya.

"Stop that, sweetheart," aniya saka bumulong sa tenga nito. "It's turning me on."

Kita niyang namula ang pisngi nito. His blushing wife. Damn! it's really turning him on. Hinaklit niyang muli ang bewang nito at muling inangkin ang labi nito. Napangiti siya nang mapagtantong hindi na niya kailangang magpigil. He had been having blue balls for so long.

Narinig nilang may tumikhim sa likuran. He gave her lips one gentle bite before letting it go. "I love you, sweetheart," aniyang hinaplos ang namumulang pisngi nito.
