During breakfast, Dumbledore had given us the news. Hogwarts was hosting the Triwizard Tournament! I wasn't listening to most of it though, but Harry and the others seemed pretty excited. I'm pretty sure the twins are coming up with some wild plan to put their names in the cup, since they aren't old enough to qualify.

It's been awhile since the firework incident, and I think everyone has forgotten about it by now. There has been much more drama and rumors going around. Some of them even include me. Apparently someone has "grown a liking for a certain Gryffindor girl"? Ron was the one who told me about that. He says that someone spilled the details on some guys yule ball proposal, but nobody knows who he is or who the girl is. I personally believe it's Ron and Hermione, and maybe he told me about it because he wanted my opinion. But you never know. It could honestly be Lavender and Dean. I heard Lavender was going to sneak him a love potion.

Today though, was weird. Like not a weird weird, but a good kind of weird. Things felt off, because they were going so well.

I was walking down the corridor when I heard yelling from inside one of the classrooms. But nobody's supposed to be in class right now? Whatever. Maybe Neville lost his toad again.

But then I heard it again. This time, only louder. I think I was getting closer, so I decided to check the windows of each door I passed.

Thats when I saw the twins, arguing in Professor Flitwick's room. I knocked first, so I didn't startle them, and entered inside.

"𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘯 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦? 𝘐 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘨𝘶𝘺𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺!" I said, shifting my eyes back and forth at the brothers until one of them answered.

"𝘎𝘰 𝘰𝘯 𝘍𝘳𝘦𝘥, 𝘴𝘢𝘺 𝘪𝘵! 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘤𝘢𝘯'𝘵 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘯𝘰𝘸." George says, as he sits down.

"𝘖𝘬𝘢𝘺 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘦. 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴𝘯'𝘵 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘰 𝘪𝘵, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶-"

Just then, Draco bursts through the door. "𝘈𝘩, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘠/𝘓/𝘕. 𝘐 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢 𝘲𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘥𝘰-"

But George had cut him off. "𝘏𝘦𝘺 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘔𝘢𝘭𝘧𝘰𝘺, 𝘤𝘢𝘯'𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘦𝘦 𝘸𝘦'𝘳𝘦 𝘣𝘶𝘴𝘺? 𝘍𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘥𝘺 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘪𝘥𝘥𝘭𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨."

"𝘎𝘦𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘦, 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘮𝘦 𝘍𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘥𝘺." I let out a small chuckle, which got Dracos attention.

"𝘐 𝘴𝘦𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵𝘴 𝘨𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘯 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦. 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘞𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘭𝘦𝘺 𝘣𝘰𝘺 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘢 𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦 𝘤𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘩. 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵𝘴 𝘤𝘶𝘵𝘦. 𝘎𝘰𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘢 𝘨𝘪𝘳𝘭𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘥, 𝘦𝘩?" Draco says, rolling his eyes.

"𝘈𝘭𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘤𝘶𝘵 𝘪𝘵 𝘰𝘶𝘵. 𝘋𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘰, 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘴𝘬 𝘮𝘦 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯?" I said, but he turns and heads for the door.

"𝘐𝘵 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴𝘯'𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳, 𝘴𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘺 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯." He walks out of the room, slamming the door behind him.

I turned around to face the twins again, only to see that George had left. Now it was just Fred and I staring at each other in awkward silence. He looked really good right now. In fact, I dont think I ever really looked at him before. His ginger hair shimmered in the sunlight, and his perfect smile made me feel something weird every time I saw it. Kind of like.... butterflies? Was I falling for him?

"𝘈𝘩𝘦𝘮.. 𝘠/𝘕? 𝘏𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘰?" He says. I realized I had totally zoned out. God, thats so awkward.

"𝘚𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘺, 𝘴𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘺. 𝘓𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘮𝘺 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵. 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘢𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨?" I asked.

"𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘢𝘴𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶'𝘥 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘺𝘶𝘭𝘦 𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘭? 𝘐 𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘵𝘢-"

Without even realizing it, I cut him off. "𝘠𝘦𝘴! 𝘐 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯, 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘩 𝘐'𝘥 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵." A smile formed in the corner of his mouth.

"𝘚𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵. 𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘸𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭, 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘺 𝘣𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵, 𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘸? 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘸𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘮𝘢𝘺𝘣𝘦.... 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦? 𝘓𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘯𝘰𝘸? 𝘚𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘺 𝘐'𝘮 𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘐'𝘮 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵-"

I cut him off again. "𝘠𝘦𝘴, 𝘍𝘳𝘦𝘥. 𝘐𝘥 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵."
