**Mon**

We exited the hardware store with determination and several cans of colorful spray paint. I looked at Jenna when we got in the car, asking if she was sure about this. She nodded, "She won't know a thing. She thinks I'm too nice to destroy property."

I grinned, "Lets prove her wrong. We attack at dawn, after the witch leaves for the day." I said dramatically. "First though, I'm gonna need you to keep up the good girl act for a bit longer and call her so we can go pick up your stuff. If we do so while attacking, she'll know it was you."

Jenna groaned a bit, but pulled out her phone and dialed the witch's number. Autumn answered around the 4th ring. I started driving back to my place.

"I'm going to pick up my stuff," Jenna told her coldly, not bothering with a greeting. She waited a few seconds while Autumn spoke, "I don't want your apologies, I'm done. I'm picking up my stuff and leaving." She paused for a couple more seconds before groaning and hanging up on her.

After a few minutes of mostly silence and Jenna telling me where to go, we pulled up to what used to be her home. We got out and made our way to their floor.

After getting all of Jenna's stuff and purposely making a mess, we went back to my house to eat and unload Jenna's things. I was really anxious for later.

**Tue**

We snuck around the block past Jenna's ex's apartment, hands gloved, faces covered, paint in the backpack I was carrying. we made our way into the apartment complex and waited by the staircase for Autumn to leave.

Once we were sure she'd left and no one was going to walk out of their apartments, we left out hiding spot and walked into Autumn's place. The building had shitty security, so we didn't have much to worry about.

I pulled out a can of spray paint and handed it to Jenna. "Ready?" I asked, taking out another one for myself.

She nodded and sprayed a line on the wall. I followed suite and started spraying the walls and furniture. I could feel the adrenaline pumping through my veins. I knew the consequences of getting caught, but I didn't wanna stop just yet.

I started spraying some areas of the floor until I ran out of paint. Jenna had used most of hers on the walls. "Lets go." I whispered to her, motioning with my head towards the door. We put the now empty cans of paint back in my bag and made our way to the window.

We left through the fire escape and stayed hidden behind a dumpster for about ten minutes, just in case someone had somehow heard us. during that time, we changed out of noticeable pieces of clothing despite the cold ,so that if anyone had seen us go in, they wouldn't suspect us when leaving.

We both made our way back to my car, hearts pounding. When we got in, I looked at Jenna who grinned at me, "that was fun."

I laughed and shook my head, "No more vandalizing, no matter how fun it was."
