I lifted the women's championship over my head as Candace lay against the mat, writhing in pain. I wrapped one arm around my stomach and took deep breaths as the crowd on the screens cheered.

The referee raised my hand before I rolled out of the ring and walked back up to the ramp. Damian was waiting for me with his North American Championship.

"Ready?" he asked. He was still shirtless and looked like he was the one who had just gotten out of a match. I nodded and fell into step beside him as we headed to the shoot.

The interviewer stood between us and kicked off the segment.

"Congratulations you two on your successful championship defenses,"

"Hell yeah!" Damian shouted and beat on his title. "We told you, the 'power couple' of NXT, and the entire WWE universe; these - he gestured between out titles - weren't going anywhere."

She guided the microphone to me.

"Johnny and Candace gave good matches. They have nothing to be ashamed of...we just proved what everyone else already knew. Rockstars will always be better than power couples."

Damian grinned then put on his best flirty face as he turned more to me.

"I have a party to get to. Savannah...care to join?

I batted my eyelashes and smiled up at him.

"Hell yeah,"

We both walked off set side by side, got the greenlight from the producer, and took off toward the locker rooms.

"How are you feeling? Kyle and Bobby said that you were sick yesterday."

"Yeah," I said. "Must have been a virus or something. I feel fine today."

"Glad you're better." he said. "Have you gotten the script for next week yet?"

I nodded.

He chuckled. "What ya think about it?"

"I would like to know why the writer's think that I am the type of person that would just be sitting on your lap in a crowded room...just waiting for something to happen?"

Damian chuckled again. "I do not know. I just would like to know how they plan to make it look like we are being cute and flirty and all that."

"I mean, I will literally be sitting in your lap."

"You're so short you're going to look like a kid sitting in my lap."

"Rude." I smacked him in the shoulder.

We broke apart to go into our respective locker rooms. I showered and changed into jeans and one of my tshirts that I had cut and tied to be a crop top. Then I headed for catering.

"Savvy," Rhea stopped me as I reached for the doorknob.

"Hey," I said and stepped to the side of the door so she and I could talk.

"How are you feeling?" she asked.

"I'm good. I guess it was just a virus or something."

"Did Fish stay all night?" she asked, her face grew more serious.

I nodded slowly. "Yeah, we woke up this morning still on the couch. What time did you get home? I don't remember you ever coming in."

"I came in at 11 to grab a few things. I actually crashed with Shotzi last night since I was avoiding," she waved over me, "the germs."

"Probably a good idea." I giggled.

"Bobby didn't seem to mind though. When I came in you were both asleep on the couch."
