⚜ Lovesick ⚜

The four of you look up at the source of the voice and you saw a short boy next to a tall one standing at the entrance in the kitchen.

The short boy smiled at you as soon as your sights met.

"Hey Y/N!" He said with excitement in his voice. He was one of them. The two boys were part of their group. How many more are about to show up still?

You just nod your head and turn your gaze on the tall boy. His eyes were puffy and red and he was avoiding eye contact with everyone.

"Please excuse us for coming this late, something comes up, and yeah... " the short boy continue.

"It's alright. We are glad you make it to come here. Y/N, I think you might know Jimin and Taehyung." Namjoon said pointing at the two boys.

"Yes, I know them. Anyone else to come until we start again?" I asked rewatching the book get from Jin.

"Actually, Yoongi and Hoseok were on their way here but their car stopped so it will take a while. They said we can start without them"

"Huh? I think we better go and get them first, it's pretty late and dark outside " Namjoon said again.

"Yoongi hyung says that he can deal with it on his own-" Jimin began again to say.

"Tsk Yoongi always do that. We all know him and his ego. Let's go and get them. Bet Hoseok is scared as hell right now" Jin rolled his eyes and get up getting his keys car.

You look at them talking about who would come and who would stay, and a feeling come down on your spine. Danger. It was one of your vampire senses that let you know when something bad will be about to occur.

"I'm coming too," you said out of nowhere making all shut up.

"Are you sure? You could stay here tho" Jin said.

You just ignore his question getting up from the couch and leaving the room waiting for them to follow you.

You stay there so in front of the house, feeling the cold breeze touching your pale already cold skin. It felt so fresh. You turned around only to look at the boys behind you complaining about how cold is outside.

"Y/N? Aren't you cold?" Namjoon said coming up to you reaching for your hand.
"Damn you are so cold. Take my jacket " he said taking off his jacket.

"Don't. I am not cold. I'm fine" you said taking back your hand and look at the other two boys behind talking.

"So that's why Taehyung cried? They broke up?" Jin said.

"Yeah, she left him for another boy" Jimin response with a sad tone.

You kinda feel bad hearing this, but you didn't let it show. Yourself experience something like this so you understand the pain he must have felt. But now you were sick of these nonsense relationships. You were sick of this fake love. You were sick into believing that maybe someday you will actually find your soulmate and you two will live happily ever after.

"Y-Y/N? Are you okay?" Jin made his way almost running to you with a worried face. "Why are you crying?"

"Huh?" You didn't even realize a tear made its way down on your cheek. So when you noticed this fact you just wipe it away and excuse yourself saying "allergies."

"Are you sure-"

"Better let's go. It's getting late and we should be already studying" Namjoon said cutting Jin off. He then made you a sign with his head to follow him to the car.

He thought that it was maybe something you didn't feel like talking about it, so that's why he cut Jin off. He already felt so bad for opening the discussion about your dead boyfriend earlier and now seeing you sad it made him blame it all on himself.

"What's the problem hyung?" Jimin asked Jin with a concerned look. " why aren't we following them?"

"Oh right... I was just thinking. Let's go" he said making his way too to the car.

As Jin took the driver seat and Jimin the other next to him, you and Namjoon sat on the back seats in silence as Jin pulls over and follows Jimin's indications to get to our destination.

"You know you could've stayed with Jungkook and Taehyung there and don't come with us since it's not a big deal" Namjoon whispered to you.

"I know" you answered shortly facing the window.

Suddenly the car dumped into something. Big.

Jin quickly stopped the car and get out of it to check it out, and so all of you did.

"I-I think it was a person," Jimin said.

"But there is no one. Neither an animal body" Jin said.

"Shall... we look around?" Namjoon asked.

You just kept on having that feeling of danger and a distinguished smell was in the air. Another vampire was there. You found the one that stole your haunting place. Or there were more of them? Even though you couldn't be seen attacking another vampire, since you couldn't transform as long as the boys were with you, also you couldn't just put them in danger. You came with them to be sure they won't be, so that's what you tried to do.

"Let's go. It's late, I bet it was a dear and it left since it wasn't hurt that bad" you said trying to keep your calm being also focused on your surrounding, coming now closer to the boys so you'll be sure that vampire couldn't make it if it's trying to attack any of them.

"You might be right, let's go" Namjoon agreed with you.

The other two nod and get into the car as soon as they get there. Namjoon get also into the car but saw you staying outside of it looking around concerned.

"Aren't you getting in?" He asked you to make the other two turn around and look at you.

You nod and get in without any hesitation. But in the corner of your eye, you noticed a dark shadow moving quickly between the trees near your car.
You knew the other vampire sense you. But all you could think about and hope always that it won't be that clueless to attack a group of people having also a vampire on their side. You couldn't be sure of his or her intentions, not all at least.
