Kuvira POV-FLUFF

"Kuvira?"

"No- no it's to early. Let's just sleep for a little longer." I said pulling the blanket wrapped human toward me.

The bundle in my arms sighed.

"Fine," I smiled "I guess it's early enough."

y/n whipped around to face me.

"Yesssss!" She let out a triumphant shout.

I chuckled and asked her what she wanted to talk about.

"So," She started and paused

"So," I said, mocking her.

"Stop- stop just listen." I motioned for her to continue.

"I wanna go outside."

"y/n-"

"I know, I know, there's rebels and you don't want me getting hurt, but I really wanna go. And it would make me happy. And you love it when I'm happy."  She booped my nose.

I chuckled and buried my face into her hair. 

"A half hour. Me, you, and a picnic basket."

"Wait really? I didn't think you were gonna say yes!"

"I'm saying yes."

Hours later, y/n had spent all morning meticulously making the picnic. Sandwiches, and some fruit. A checkered blanket, and the brown woven basket.

y/n was practically jumping up and down as we made our way through the train.

We finally made it to the door. I grabbed her hand.

"Let's go."

"Let's"

As soon as y/n stepped out of the train car, she tripped over a rock and hit her head on another.

y/n POV

"Check her again. I want to make sure nothings wrong."

"Great United, we've done every test imaginable. She just has a concussion and small cut."

"Your sure?"

"Yes, Great Uniter."

"Ku- Kuvira?" You asked out into the empty room.

A head poked through the doorway seconds later. A guard.

"Great Uniter! She's awake." Frantic footsteps followed. Kuvira ran in and closed the door behind her, leaving them alone.

In an instant, you were wrapped up in her arms.

"I'm never letting you out if my sight again."

" I actually think that I wouldn't mind that. My head hurts."

"Here," She said detangling herself from you "the doctor gave you pain medicine."

You swallowed the pills easily, eager to just lay down with Kuvira.

"I wanna cuddle."

"I can think of nothing better my love."

Your head was on her chest while her arms were wrapped around you. Legs were tangled together under the sheets. And she moved her hand to cup the back of your head.

She kissed your forehead.

"I love you, please stop getting hurt."

"No promises. I only promise to love you."

"As do I."
