you didn't have nightmares very often , but when you did , they were like any other ordinary nightmare . scary or not , you managed to forget about it not too soon after you woke up .
but this nightmare was different . it felt so damn real . it was a nightmare about your girlfriend — bloodrayne — getting hurt and dying right in your arms .
it felt so real that you woke up in a cold sweat with teary eyes . you looked over and expected to see bloodrayne laying there , but she wasn't .
panicked , you sprang out of bed and hurried downstairs , only to find her in the kitchen , making some breakfast for the two of you .
" morning ! " she chirped , only to frown slightly . " damn , you look like hell . did you sleep okay ? "
