Another story (Zoro x reader)

Leaving Cocoyashi Village

Luffy had defeated Arlong and told Nami how she'll always be his friend. Nami and the village were grateful and threw a huge party celebrating their new found freedom and as a thank you to to all of you. Luffy had been sitting around the huge feast they had prepared and stuffing his face. Sanji was swooning and flirting with all the girls, while Usopp had been telling the villagers his 'war' stories. Everyone was out in about, except Zoro he had been seen by the actual doctor and given much better stitches and treatment. He was sleeping while everyone was partying. You were sitting in the corner watching everyone enjoy themselves. You tried to sit with Zoro, but you didn't want to bother him as he slept. "Hey Y/N.." you looked up seeing Nami. "Oh hey Nami." She sat next to you and sighed. "I was kinda've a jerk huh..I just wanted to say that I'm sorry about everything-" "Don't apologize." You interrupted her. "Really it's okay I'm sure Luffy isn't expecting an apology either Nami, none of us are. Look I get why you did what you did. This village is so lively and you could see they hold so much love for you Nami. I just wished you would've asked us for help earlier." Nami grabbed your hands and smiled at you. "Thank you so much. This village means so much to me Y/N. I don't know what I would do without it." You smiled back and reassuringly pat her head. She looked up confused, "Oh sorry head pats make me feel better." Nami laughed at your statement. "I've noticed..so you mentioned before that Zoro has always been with you? You met him when you were eight." You nodded a sad smile growing on your face as you fiddled with the shell bracelet on your wrist.  "Yea so seeing a village this lively is different for a change." Nami noticed your shift in mood and reassuringly grabbed your hand. "Hey we're friends now and your friends with Luffy and well everyone trust me when I say it will get lively like this so you'll get to experience this more often." She laughed as she saw Luffy approaching you guys with a huge plate of meat. "Y/N are you hungry? Let's eat!!! I know you don't like meat to much so here I have some lettuce!! Shishishi!!" He laughed tossing you a head of lettuce. You smiled and took a skewer of meat off his plate. "Thank you Luffy." Sanji approached with an array of foods next to him hearing your guys conversation. "Y/N-swan are you hungry?! Here I brought you choices of foods! A pretty lady like you should be fed quickly. " You smiled and laughed as Sanji argued with Luffy about meat. Nami was right, things are different now. You have more friends now, besides Zoro. Sometime later, Zoro had woken up and joined you guys at the party drinking booze as he sat next to you. "You ready to head out tomorrow?" You nodded as he shoveled meat in his mouth. "You were hungry huh?" He nodded as he slapped Luffy's hand away from grabbing his food. Sanji approached you with a bottle of water. "Here you go Y/N- swan you mentioned you were thirsty." You nodded in thanks downing the water. It had a strong taste to it and burned as it went down. You grew slightly lightheaded. You slightly choked as you pulled it away and brought it down to inspect it. "Sanji you sure this is water?" Sanji looked at you in confusion. Zoro growing concerned grabbed the water from you and sniffed it. He pulled away from the smell and took a small hesitant sip. "It's vodka." Your eyes grew wide as Sanji quickly grabbed it from him and smelled it.  "Y/N-swan I'm so sorry I thought it was water!!" Your eyes grew slightly glossy as you took it from Zoro. "I'm really thirsty is it worth drinking more? But it made my mouth more dry too." You pouted staring at it. Zoro quickly took it away from you. "I'll go get you water protect my food from Luffy." Zoro stood up racing off as Sanji kept babbling apologies. You laughed as you saw Sanji practically beg for forgiveness. You stood up from your seat feeling a sudden urge to pee and vomit at the same time. "Wow this is why I don't drink.." You said feeling your legs grow weak. Sanji caught you before you could fall forward. "Sanji I really have to pee." You whined as he gently sat you down. "Sorry Y/N-swan I did this to you Oi Luffy watch Y/N Zoro is taking to long I'ma go see if I can find the stupid moss head and some actual water this time." Luffy nodded as he sat next to you quickly eating Zoro's food. "Zoro said for me not to let you eat his food Luffy!" You tried to move it away but fell as you leaned over. "I swear I'm killing everyone when this passes. Water and alcohol don't mix." Luffy laughed seeing you on the floor. Zoro and Sanji finally appeared after some time. They found Zoro's plate in your arms as you slept on the ground. Luffy had taken off because Genzo wanted to speak to him alone. They sweat dropped seeing you sit up and look at Zoro's plate. "Man Luffy ate all of it!! I really did try to protect it!!" Zoro reassuringly pat your head as you looked up at him. "Here drink." He gave you the bottle of water. You greedily took gulps of it. "Zoro...I still have to pee." You pouted getting teary eyed. He sighed before nodding and picked you up. "Let's go.I'll get you changed and put to bed too while I'm at it." Sanji looked at him in shock. "Oi moss head!! Marimo! Your not taking her to pee and get changed!!" You grabbed Zoro's shoulder as he adjusted you on his back. "Oh don't worry Sanji I trust Zoro. He's seen me naked plenty of times." Sanji grew an angry expression as you laughed. Zoro smirked and walked off. You hugged Zoro's back as he walked off with you into the night. "The look on his face!!" You kept laughing remembering Sanji's face. "I mean we've been traveling together for  how long it was gonna happen eventually." Zoro shook his head. "Y/N every time you had to change I'd always close my eyes. You dummy why would I ever look at you? " You laughed at his words. "Really?! Wow I wasn't expecting that." Zoro chuckled. A comfortable silence fell over both of you. "Hey Zoro?" He hummed at your question. "I think I'm about to pee.." Zoro yelled out in surprise and began running. "Don't you dare pee on me Y/N!!!"

You had all left Coco Yashi village with Nami officially joining the crew.  "It's so nice to have tangerines here." Nami laughed at your words. "Yes it is alright listen up everyone! Only Y/N can have the tangerines for free. Everyone else has to pay." Usopp shouted in protest from her words. You grew a huge smile. You loved tangerines, they were the first food Zoro had fed to you when you first visited land. "Thank you Nami so much!!!!" You graciously hugged her. "I promise I'll water them everyday." Nami smiled at your words. "Y/N!!!! will you share the tangerines with me?!" Luffy asked. You laughed seeing his hopeful expression. "Let me think about it...No." Luffy whined at your answer. "So Nami what's the next Island we're heading to?" Sanji asked approaching everyone with a tray of juice. Luffy greedily took one and gulped it down nodding along to Sanji's question. You sat next to Zoro as Nami pulled her map out. "The next town seems to be Loguetown." You hummed in thought. "Why does that sound familiar?" Luffy looked up in excitement. "It's the place where Gold D. Rogers was executed. And the final stop before the Grand Line." Nami said as Luffy screamed out in joy. Zoro peeked an eye open seeing a paper falling from the sky right into your lap. "Oh...OH MY GOSH!!" Zoro sat up completely hearing you gasp. Everyone looked your way. "Luffy...YOU HAVE A BOUNTY NOW!!" You yelled out. "WHAT??!!??!"
