Suddenly I heard a knock at my window, I turned my head to face the window only to see a boy who seems to be almost the same age as me. I smiled and immediately got off the chair as I ran towards the window and opened it.
"What are you doing here?" I asked him as he stared at me for a bit before answering my question "I figured you would be stuck in your room, besides you look bored" He said and chuckled. 'he finds this funny?' I pouted "it's not funny! No fair that you didn't get punished! this is so unfair" I said to him as I really envied him.
The boy just smiled at me "Calm down, 'My lady' " agh.. I can feel heat rush up to my face a bit, I don't know this feeling but whatever it is.. it's not helping! "you better have brought some sweets.. I'm angry today" I stated as I crossed my arms. He smile widened a bit and pulled out chocolates "oh don't worry, I have chocolates for you.. consider it as an apology" I took some of it which confused him and made him frown a bit "don't you want it all??" I looked away a bit to avoid eye contact "I wanted to share some of it with you so I don't have to owe you anything.." I reasoned with him although it wasn't the actual reason of why I was going to share some of it with him.. I didn't want to admit it, He blinked a few times before smiling again and chuckling.
We both shared the chocolates, The rest of the afternoon was completely fun but his teasing are infuriating a bit.. He and I grew up together! I was the taller one at first but now his taller than me! how displeasing!
"I have to leave now" The boy said as he was looking at the clock "awww.. already?" I frowned at that, He laughed "don't be concerned! I will be back tomorrow anyway" I froze as he kissed my forehead "Later princess" he immediately left after that.. leaving me stunned and a blushing mess. I closed the window having a blank expression on my face to prevent myself from completely dying.
But I couldn't, I made my way to my bed and flopped on it as I screamed into my pillow.
After doing so.. I wrote everything that had happened and looked at the photo that I haven't placed in a picture frame yet "I'll just put it in here" I picked up the photo carefully and neatly placed it in one of the pages .
"Signed by-" "You should be sleeping now" I got interrupted by my older sister as I turned to look at her "Sorry.. I'll go to sleep now" I said as she just smiled and walked over "You will be ungrounded after a week or so, just rest for now.. but~! I'm going to tickle you first!" She placed kisses all over my face making me giggle and laugh "Noooo! hahaha!" my older sister stopped after a few seconds"okay okay, go change and off to bed you go" I nodded as I got my night clothes and went to the bathroom to change and get ready for bed.
After I finished and hid my journal somewhere, I got in bed and looked at the window "..good night" I drifted off as darkness comforted my sleep..
