Juxhi's docking station was relatively small compared to the rest of the facility. There were two main entrances into Juxhi, north and south entrances; both of them heavily guarded. From what Shepard could tell there were three building close to the north docking station, the main building and two other attached building to each side. Upon a further inspection, there were other building near the south entrance but they looked abandoned. Each of the building attached were housing units while the main building had three levels. The first level consists of basic equipment for research, second level is where they housed the engineers and technician who used the space for building. The third level is where the experiments were conducted.

As the shuttle landed, there was a human and an asari waiting for them. Shepard didn't see any guards or security with them.

"No guards," the female turian commented also noticing.

"Maenia," Garrus warned as he got the green light to settle down. "Should I get the bags?" he asked, going through the landing procedures.

"No, don't worry about it," Shepard replied, looking out the small shuttle window. "I get the feeling one of them is here to help."

"Doesn't look like we will be staying," the Maenia commented also glancing out the shuttle. "Hell, they don't even look friendly."

Shepard hadn't even bothered to ask her name, but thanks to Garrus she didn't have to, "No, it doesn't seem that way. I'm assuming the Captain has a plan when we get inside."

"He's got it covered," Garrus replied, in confidence. "He wouldn't be put on this mission if he couldn't deliver."

"Let's better hope he does," Mirithea replied, getting the door unlocked. "This place doesn't look like they like strangers."

Mirithea unlocked the door and waited for Shepard to get out before following her. The human and asari approached them.

"Dr. Lang?" the human asked, giving her a once over.

"Yes," Shepard answered. "Whom may you be?"

"I am Dr. Susan Zou," the human replied, and pointed to the asari introducing her. "And this is Dianvi T'nais, my assistant."

"Nice to meet you," Shepard said, smiling. "

"We weren't expecting you to arrive with guests in tow," Dr. Susan commented, looking at the shuttle and not in a friendly way.

"Neither were we," Shepard replied smoothly. "But given the circumstances and the high volume of ships being attacked around here, I figured it best bring some security."

"If you needed an escort," Dr. Susan began. "We would have sent someone to come and get you."

"Oh, really?" Shepard asked surprised. "I did send a request weeks ago but I was told that my arrival was too soon and there was no way I could be accommodated. I would have loved to have had an escort instead of hiring a bunch of mercenaries."

Dr. Susan cleared her throat but didn't reply.

"If its bother's you so much," Shepard continued, annoyed. "I'll let my escort know their services aren't required. I just hope your facility is up to code."

With that Shepard turned around and went to the pilot side to talk to Garrus, in private.

"I'm guessing we aren't staying?" he asked when he saw her.

"No," Shepard replied. "I hope your Captain has a good plan set up. I get the feeling we are going to need it."

"I'll make sure he does," he replied.
