I slowly open my eyes to the familiar smell of smoke. Dad is back at it again. Oh well, at least he will die soon because of it. He smokes practically every day. I roll out of bed as my feet touch the icy ground. I walk to the bathroom to meet my reflection. God, I hate myself. I look down at my cut marks all of my arms, Such a disappointment. I was supposed to be one week clean until Kaito drew me into the lake yesterday. I quickly change into my uniform and brush my hair. I wash my face and brush my teeth, before slipping on my shoes and walking to the kitchen.
"Bout time you woke up, lazy piece of shit." He mutters as soon as he sees me. He's hated me ever since Mom died, and he constantly blames me for her death. I've never got to meet my mother, she died while giving birth to me. As always, Dad didn't cook me anything for breakfast, so I simply grab my bag and ignore him. Hey, at least he didn't hit me this morning! That's a good start I guess. Anyways, another day in this hell hole. Another day of bullying. Another day of getting called a f*ggot. Another day.
