Those were the first words Louis ever said to [y/n], and they certainly were the most important words she's ever heard her whole entire life. It may have taken a pirate betrayal, an awful lot of fighting, and two weeks of romantic tension, but how she finally knew the answer to his question.
Who was the one person she loved?
Who was the one person she cared the most for?
You should know the answer:
Louis.
And he knew it too.
Otherwise, five years after they both settled back down on earth, he wouldn't have asked her to marry him (she said yes, obviously, who could resist his charm?).
They live in London now, neighbors to the friend [y/n] almost lost touch with, and occasionally they join them on trips to the Globe Theater for a play. The Lost boys visit every month, so does Millie, so does her Mother, and honestly?
Life couldn't be better.
And finally, every Saturday they sit on the roof of their apartment, looking up at the stars above them. They always have a certain star in mind, though, and a certain island.
