"Get out" I say "or I will" I said looking at the bat warning him

"Where did all this courage came from amore?" Mattia furrowed his eyebrows "because last time I remember you were bagging for your life"

"Please leave Mattia, I don't want nothing to do with you" I said tightening my grip on the bat

"Aren't you a brave little one" Mattia smirked

I stayed quiet not knowing what to say, Mattia came closer and pointed his gun to my head causing me to drop the bat in fear

"sad to see all this confidence go away" he licked his lips as he tucked a stand of hair behind my ear "your coming with me" he said in a serious tone "now I'm going to take my gun away from your head but I swear if you say or do anything I won't hesitate to pull the fucking trigger" Mattia said tucking the gun in his pants "now walk, my car is parked outside, you know which one"

I did what I was told, we walked out my apartment and into his car

"How did you get in my house, I didn't leave it open" I got the courage to say as I saw him start the car

He began driving before saying "I've killed people, you think I don't know how to break into people houses?" He makes direct eye contact with me before looking back at the road "breaking into houses is like stealing candy from a baby"

"Look Mattia I want to go home, I know your a good person so just take me back home, I don't want any—"

"I saw that your dads a cop, interesting isn't it" Mattia said as he interrupts me and changes the subject

"I swear I'm not going to tell him nothing" I say

"And I believe it" he looks me in the eyes "but just know, if you lose my trust, you won't have one but three man chasing you down" he said "and we won't stop until we find you"

I gulp and turn my head to the window deciding to not ask any more questions

I kept seeing that from the corner of my eyes Mattia looking at me, not wanting to get on his bad side I didn't say anything

I hate my fucking life

"Look I know you don't want to see me anymore but I have to watch over you, i have to make sure you don't tell anyone about me and the others" Mattia spoke up in a soft voice looking at me as I ignored eye contact

I didn't say anything for a minute "then why kill people if you don't to get caught" I say as I watch the cars drive by

Mattia didn't say anything from that point, the rest of the drive was quiet

When Mattia finally stopped the car I noticed we are now at his house

"Come 0n" Mattia said getting out the car and walking to the other side to open the door for me

He gives me his hand but I ignore it and get out myself

We walked inside in his house, I still can't get over how beautiful this house is

"Follow me" he strictly said

I didn't say anything but I still listen and followed him

We walked up the stairs and into a room where kairi and Alejandro were comfortably at

The room was big, it had a couple of snacks by the wall, there was a big fancy table, and a beautiful view

"Finally" Alejandro said taking his feet of the table

"Sit" Mattia tells me

"I'm not a dog" I say as my attitude came out

"What?" Mattia said taking his gun out his pants

"Nothing" I sat down

"Did you tell her ?" Kairi asked Mattia

"Why would she be here if I told her" Mattia said in a "duh" tone "I brought her here so we can all tell her"

"Tell me what" I faced Mattia

"We have a deal for you" Alejandro said

"No" I shake my head "I don't want to get involved in anything you guys do" I say "if I don't get killed by you guys I'll get killed by my dad"

"It's not a choice" Mattia said "unless you want too go broke these couple of months"

"Broke?" I furrowed my eyebrows "there's a reason I work" I say

"And there's also a reason why we got this deal for you" kairi said "because of the clubs little accident, the club would not be open up again for a month due to the cops trying to find evidence and also for people's safety which means the club would have no choice but to relocate into a 'safe neighborhood' and by the way that will take them two too three months, so that means you would not have a job for a while"

I bite the inside of my cheek

"He's the smart one so there's no way he's wrong" Alejandro says

"I'll find a job" I say

"You really think people are going to want to hire a person who was in a shooting accident, your going to look desperate, your going to lose your house and everything you own" Mattia said

"Fine, deal" I gave in, my life is already hell, I don't want to lose my apartment, I've work so hard for it

"Great you start today" Alejandro said

"What?" I say

"Don't worry, it's nothing big" kairi assured me "you just have to deliver something"

"Why me?"

"Well first of you said deal and second of all your a women and no one ever suspects women's" Alejandro said

"I don't know—"

"Don't worry you won't be alone, Mattia will go with you" kairi said and Mattia nodded

Great, it had to be Mattia

"How much will I get" I ask

"Sixty dollars" kairi informed "since it's your first time we will give you the full sixty dollars, further on you'll give half too us"

"Fine, I'll do it" sixty dollars just to drop something off, how bad could this be
