Lucas POV
I stared down at them as they looked at the floor. The room was silent as we all gave them death glares.
O: so you mean to tell me..that y'all couldn't keep up with 10 women." he asked again as Draco and Kyren looked at the floor.
Draco: we did boss-"
O: so how is that these ladies show up to the Gala without anyone noticing." he snarled.
Kyren: come on boss, it was mainly just the two of us watching after them. Shun, D, and Travis where barely around." he said, throwing his hands up.
O: that's because I had other plans for them. They did their part, this is about you and Draco not doing yours." he said stopping him. He quieted down and looked away as O looked over at Draco.
Draco: look it was an accident, we didn't know they were going to do that. After I planted your ring at the burned house like you asked me to, I thought that would finally help Cynthia understand. I didn't think she would go all mission impossible." he said looking at me.
June: I can't blame y'all for that. I know my sister. I should've known she was gone pull some shit like that." he said shaking his head. I had to agree, my wife was stupid stubborn.
Kyren: so what? We getting deduction on our pay, we moved down the list?" he snapped.
Peanut: relax yo attitude son." he warned as Kyren sucked his teeth.
Kyren: nah cause if we are that's not fair. We've done everything asked of us for 9 months while half of y'all went to france and the other half disappeared! We slipped up one time and we shouldn't be punished based on that!" he snapped.
O: you finished son?" he said as Kyren looked away.
O: ain't no one in here say we were gonna do that. We just wanted to know where you slipped up, that's it. Y'all came in here like men, and answered honestly, so theres no need for me to give out any consequences." he said.
O: but if you ever talk like that to anyone in this room, then you'll be getting something way different then some consequences. Clear?" he pressed. Kyren slowly nodded his head.
O: Dismissed." he said to them. I nodded at Draco who waved at me only. He grabbed Kyren and headed out.
Drebo: Draco look up to you no funny." he said making us laugh.
Me: shut up nigga." I said pushing his arm. He laughed and sat back quietly.
Kenny: so what now..?" he sighed as the room quieted.
O: we can stick with the plan-."
June: nah, thanks to big head Cyn, they know we're alive and it'll only be a matter of time before word gets back on the street." he said.
O: how'd that go by the way?" he mumbled.
June: what you mean?"
O: seeing them girls for the first time." he said. I smiled a little as I thought about the hug me and Cyn shared. I had waited 10 months to hug that girl and do so much more.
Me: it was amazing." I mumbled as I thought about our kiss.
Me: but she's pissed. I can tell."
Drebo: yea Seven slapped the mess out of me." he said making me look at me.
Drebo: it turned me on tho, no cap." he said sitting back.
June: this nigga." he said as we all started laughing.
