Angel and Ruhana visit the hospital as it's Angel's appointment. Her fourth month has begun. The doctor takes Angel for checkup and post that, she asks Ruhana to come to her cabin. Ruhana's heart skips a beat. She hopes that everything is fine with Angel. She greets the doctor who asks her to sit. Ruhana looks at the doctor.
"Mrs. Ruhana! You have to be very careful with Angel." the doctor says briefly.

"Is everything fine, Doctor?" she asks fearfully.
"So far, it's fine. But, if Angel will neglect her vitamins and other medicines, she might have some problems in the future months. She should have a proper diet, otherwise it will affect her child. Also, she's an anaemic. And knowing her very well, I know, she'll crave for other things like junk food or chocolates, but you need to make sure she intakes a proper diet. " the doctor says.
"I am trying my best, doctor." Ruhana says lowly.
"Relax, Ruhana. Please aap Sachin ji se bhi kahiye ki wo inka dhyan rakhe. If she still feels nauseated at times, we have to be careful. I'll give you a diet plan, you've to make sure that Angel follows it." The doctor says and then passes a paper to her.
Ruhana thanks the doctor and takes her leave. They leave the hospital and the journey home begins. Angel looks at Ruhana, who's a little thoughtful.
