Invitation were sent to a selected number of ladies, and the high society is in uproar since this is the first appearance of their queen since she was married to the royal family.

The days went by as the Duchess spent time with Lacie to get her familiar with her expected guest, who she be close to her and who she should be aware of.

During these days Lacie didn't meet Claude as he had his own work that kept him busy

Tea Party Day

Lacie: "Isn't this too much?"

Duchess: "No your highness, this much is the expected"

Lacie: "It's not even an official party......"

Mumbling quietly, Lacie closes her eyes as the maids did their work on her, they started immediately after the breakfast, and the number of maids has increased in her palace as the Duchess requested, but some way or another Lacie found it hard to be close to them as Lucy and Charlotte as most of them gossiped about her

Lacie: "When I got married, I didn't even do half of these things..."

Lacie: "What about Athy, is she preparing?" she asks as soon as she spot Lucy entering, her own maid

Lucy: "Your highness, the princess started her preparation as well"

Lacie: "Did she have her meal?"

Lucy: "Yes, she's very excited"

After hearing this her mind is at peace, because the princess is going to participate in this gathering, Lacie is worried

Duchess: "Since Your highness is worried, I shall leave and take a look at the princess"

Lacie: "Please do"

The night before

Duchess: "Once the princess finish please escort her Lily"

Lily: "Yes, I understand"

Duchess: "Than I will excuse myself your highness" she left as she glanced at the princess

Athy: "I don't like the Duchess" the sulking princess shouted within her mother embrace

Lily: "Princess you mustn't say this"

Athy: "hmp....."

Lacie: "That's right Athy, it's a bad manner"

Athy: "But we always sleep together, its unfair I want to sleep with Mama"

Lacie: "My cute princess"

Charlotte: "Couh.... your highness"

Lacie: "Ah...I mean you can't speck like this to anyone, also the Duchess is doing this to assist you for tomorrow, so you should appreciate the advice and help from her"

Athy nodded with "I understand" with a sulking face

Lacie: "Beside aren't you excited for it?"

Athy: "That's right Mama, I will wear my new dress and I play with the other kids"

Lacie: "That's right, so let's drink the milk and go to sleep"
