She can copy someone's quirk if she knows the knowledge on how to use it. But she can only use quirks that currently still exsits now or used to for at least twenty years. That's why she began to read books about different quirks of different type also making her do it as a hobby and a benificial way to make her knowlage in using her quirk boost.
She can at least use three quirks at a time within 5 hours(its expected that she's powerful since she is a creation of all for one and is part nomu.)
With this kind of quirk she could've have been the strongest hero of all time, but she's still young and she still needs to train since it might kill her if she ever overused it.
(Her quirk is kinda lika Monoma's but she much much more powerful.)
Her quirk's Drawbacks:
Sometimes throw up blood when she overuses it with at least a range of 15 different types of quirk in one battle and if she can't handle the pain physically and also mentally.
