Y/n's pov

When I hugged him, why did feel like kissing his neck? Probably a good idea I didn't, I don't want that to get all over the media.

I walked through the store, looking for more snacks that my friend and I would definitely want.

I grabbed a couple bags of chips and a couple containers of chip dip.

After when I was done getting all of the snacks I remembered something.

Ice cream.

I smiled heading over to the ice cream isle.

Where I saw Chris again.

I walked up to him and I said "Long time no see." As a joke.

He chuckled as I opened the door, grabbing a few containers of Cookie dough and Cookies n' Cream ice cream.

I smirked to myself because of the joke.

"You ever realize that sentence makes no sense?"

Chris smiled at me.

"Yes, all the time."

I giggled.

"That's a lot of snacks."

"Yeah, my friend and I eat a lot of food, well I don't, I'm still trying to stay fit, she eats most of it, and I don't really mind." I said.

He chuckled again.

"Still trying to stay fit?"

"Oh ha ha, very funny, everyone knows you're 'ripped." I said.

He chuckled, looking at me with adoration in his eyes.

"Also I realized that you just grabbed your favorite flavor of ice cream and my favorite flower of ice cream."

"Yeah, I needed to have something to remind me of you." I said honestly, tucking a piece of hair behind my ear.

"It became my favorite flavor too, so I don't blame you."

He smiled.

"I thought my sweater reminded you of me?"

"It does, I just wanted to-"

"I'm messing with you y/n, I know that I did, and still does, I'm actually surprised that you kept the sweater for well over two decades." He said, scratching the back of his neck.

Ahh, so he kept that nervous tic?

I smiled softly "Of course I kept it, why would I discard something that you lovingly gave me and look at it as nothing?"

He smiled widely.

"We should go out tomorrow." He said in my ear.

"Tomorrow?" My heart pounded in my ear.

"Well, if you're not doing anything tomorrow."

I smiled.

"Of course not, why would I have something to do tomorrow?"

He smiled.

"Yes, tomorrow." I said, tucking my hair behind my ear.

"Awesome."

I smiled.

My phone buzzed.

"That'll be my friend, I got to go." I said.

He smiled "Okay, that's alright."

After I bought all my items I walked out to my car and I put them in the trunk.

I got in my car and I said "Were you that impatient for the snacks?"

She said "Uh, yeah. Duh."

I chuckled lightly, my stomach growling softly after.

I want Taco Bell.

"Let's go to Taco Bell." She said.

I smiled "You just read my mind."

We went to Taco Bell and we got what we wanted, and we headed home.

But on the way home, she opened the bag, letting the scent of the food float through the car.

Dammit.

My stomach growled louder this time, but I knew that I couldn't eat while driving, and we weren't even near home.

"Dammit, close the bag." I said, getting hangry.

She giggled, taking a burrito out of the bag and opened it and she started eating it.

"Carrie, close the goddamn bag." I said.

"Okay fine." She said, her mouth full of burrito.

She closed the bag but I could still smell the burrito, because she's holding a burrito.
