Recap-

One night I found myself standing looking out my window, staring - just staring. But I was seeing something else entirely.

Begin Vision -
-* It seemed as ifI were in Rivendell this time, though through who's eyes I was seeing was unknown. We're they my own, or someone else's?
Elven music was being played, Elrond sat at the head of the table, Thorin was to my right, Gandalf sitting diagonal across the table, a white-haired Dwarf was next to me.
the older looking Thorin had handed Lord Elrond his sword. "This is Orcrist, the Goblin Cleaver. A famous blade forged by the High Elves of the West, my Kin. May it serve you well." Elrond spoke, handing the sword back to Thorin.
Thorin nodded in thanks.
Next was Gandalf, "This is Glamdring. The Foe-hammer. Sword of the King of Gondor. These swords were made for Goblin-wars of old..." Elrond continued to speak.
I unsheathed a sword in my lap, looking at it.
"I wouldn't bother, swords are named for the great deeds they do in war." The white-haired dwarf stated.
My eyes turned towards him.
"What are you saying? That my sword hasn't seen battle?" The body who I was inhabiting spoke.
"Well, I'm not actually sure it's a sword. More of a letter-opener really." The dwarf said.
My eyes looked at the sword in my lap once again. 'Letter opener? Unlikely.' I couldn't help but think.
"How did you come by these?" Lord Elrond asked Gandalf.
"We found them in a Troll-Hoard on the Great-East Road. Shortly before we were ambushed by Orcs." He explained.
I was now utterly confused. Trolls haven't been seen for years!
"And what were you doing on the Great-East Road?" Lord Elrond asked, suspicious.
The vision soon ended with Thorin saying "excuse me."... *-
- End Vision

I came out of the vision completely confused. That Thorin seemed nothing like the one I now knew... 'what happened to him?' I wondered...

Quietly sitting on the rug in front of the hearth in my room, I hummed. That vision filled me with sadness. Thorin had hardened. And I wanted to change that - even if it was days, weeks, months, years from now.

Screaming. That's what I bolted upright to in the dead of night. Screaming.
Darting down the halls in my nightgown, I knew exactly where to go, and what to get.
