The next day Lisa woke up groggily at 6 in the morning. Which meant she had only slept for a few good hours. It could've been worse. Lisa and her members had to be up early anyway to go to the studio. They were finishing up a few songs for their first album, The Album.

Lisa blinked her eyes as she sat up in bed. She let out a sigh, knowing she had to come face to face with all her members, more importantly, Jennie. She wasn't ready, of course who was ever ready after a day, to see the cause of your heartache.

She knew that she couldn't avoid her forever, as much as she wanted to in that moment. So she stood up and grabbed her things to take a shower. She exited her room and saw that everything was still dark in their dorm. She was probably the first to wake up, which was a first for her.

Lisa sighed for what seemed the 100th time since last night and entered the bathroom. She looked at herself in the mirror and looked st her face. Lisa could see eyebags under her eyes and how exhausted she looked, not from the lack of sleep, she was used to that but she was just... tired. Her eyes were red from where she had been crying all night.

Her eyes began to water once more, thinking about everything that happened yesterday. Lisa brought a hand up to her chest, rubbing her left side gently, hoping that it would ease the pain in her heart.

She shook her head. "Be strong Lisa, you can do it." She whispered to herself, going towards the shower and turning it in, giving it a chance to heat up the water.

After 20 minutes, she got out of the shower and dried herself off with a towel before wearing the outfit that she would be wearing for the rest of the day. Not too soon after, Lisa exited the restroom, heading straight to her room. Once she made it in, she breathed a sigh of relief, at least she didn't have to face her members just yet.

She sat on her bed and took out her phone, checking the time, it was around 6:30, she had 30 minutes to do whatever she needed before their manager comes and picks them up to head to the studio. Her stomach growled and rubbed it slightly, knowing that she hadn't had anything since yesterday morning.

She stood up and made sure she had everything in her purse and she walked out her room, heading towards the kitchen.

"Lisa-yah! You're awake!" It was Jisoo. Lisa just glanced at her unnie before proceeding to the fridge, grabbing the milk. She decided to eat cereal, something light.

"Morning, Jisoo unnie." Lisa mumbled, sitting across Jisoo, munching quietly on her cereal.

"Hey about last-"

"I'd rather not talk about unnie. We have a big day ahead of us and I don't want to be distracted." Lisa said, cutting off Jisoo from saying anything.

"If you ever need to talk, I'm always here for you." Jisoo softly said, looking at Lisa with sad eyes.

The Thai looked up at Jisoo with blank eyes, "I just want to handle this alone, but thanks anyways."

Before Jisoo could say anything, Chaeyoung and Jennie came into the kitchen, talking to each other about random things.

Chaeyoung grabbed herself a bowl of cereal, while Jennie just decided to eat an apple for now. She had passed by Lisa without saying a word to her. The Thai felt her heart constrict, normally Jennie would have given her a hug and a gummy smile by now. Telling her 'good morning' with her cute baby voice.

Lisa continued to eat cereal, although she was trying very hard to hide the emotions on her face. Her lip was quivering, trying to hold back the sobs that wanted to escape as her eyesight began to blur. She abruptly stood up and went to the kitchen sink to put her bowl of cereal. She left the kitchen without another word going to the living room.

Chaeyoung and Jisoo looked at Lisa's back in concern, not knowing what to do. While Jennie was too busy texting on her phone to realize Lisa's state.

"Do you think Lisa will be okay?" Chaeyoung whispered to Jisoo.

Jisoo sighed and shrugged her shoulders slightly, "I don't know. She didn't want to talk about it, she said she just wanted to deal with it alone."

"Se told me the same thing. I've never seen Lisa act this way, not even when she was a trainee." Chaeyoung said, as she brought the bowl to her face so she could drink the rest of the milk that was in it.

"I have a feeling Lisa won't be the same for a while." Jisoo murmured, looking at Jennie who was still on her phone. "What do you think, Jennie-ah?"

Jennie glanced at Jisoo. "About what unnie?"

Chaeyoung and Jisoo looked at Jennie in disbelief. "Haven't you been paying attention to Lisa? She hasn't been the same since-" Chaeyoung was cut off by Jennie.

"She confessed to me? I don't know what you want me to do. She chose to like me, I chose to reject her. Now she must live with the consequences. I'm sorry that I don't return her feelings but I can't pretend to like her just for the sake of not hurting her feelings." She threw away the apple core in the trash can and turned to lean on the counter, facing her other two group mates. "Besides it's not like I'm leading her on."

"You don't have to sound so cold, Jennie-ah. I'm just scared Lisa will become depressed and distance herself more from us, and stop taking care of herself."

"It's not like I can do anything, she barely wants to talk to me. I figured I would just let her process her feelings on her own." Jennie commented, sighing.

"I just wish I can take her pain away." Chaeyoung sighed.

Before anyone could say anything, Lisa came back into the kitchen. "Our manger is here, let's go." Then she left, not waiting for the others to follow.

"Come on, we don't want to keep our manager unnie waiting any longer." Jisoo said, going out of the kitchen first, followed by Chaeyoung and then Jennie.

'I hope you can find happiness again, Monkey' Chaeyoung thought as she sat next to Lisa, who was looking out of the window.
