Chapter 9

Nayeon's POV

"So, you'll return tomorrow at your company?" Jungkook asked as he sit on the fhair across me.

I nodded. "I have to personally give my report to the CEO. Don't worry, I'll meet you for dinner." I said making him smile.

"You know me so well..." he said and chuckled making me smile.

"Also, I will meet Hoseok today at lunch. Yoongi said he'll come." I reminded.

"You know, thinking back only knowing that Hoseok is the one who was always there for you through the oast 4 years, I couldn't help but feel sad and happy at the same time." He said as I raised a brow.

"Wae?" I asked out of curiousity.

"Happy because he took care of you when I wasn't there; sad because you only communicated with him while I was here, waiting for at least a one word text from you." He said, looking down.

I sighed as I stand up and walked towaeds him before sitting on his lap making him look at me.

I smiled weakly. "Mianhe..." with just one word, he pulled me close to him, embracing me as I wrapped my arms around his neck.

We stayed like that for a few minutes before finally breaking the hug.

"I would've kissed you by now, but I think I should wait til we became a couple already." He said which made me laugh.

"You earned some points there. Such a respectful guy" I said and pinched his cheeks which he just smiled at.

"Where's Hobi? Aww I am dying to see him already!" I squealed in delight as Jungkook, Yoongi and Jimin all chuckled at me.

We are currently in the cafeteria having our lunch but I haven't started yet since I wanted to start with Hobi.

The girl, I just found out that they all have their own love life now so they are all in a date which I envy a lot.

"He said he's near already." Yoongi said as he read a message on my phone.

I smiled widely and stood up. "I'll go wait for him outside, arrasseo? Oh- don't take a single noodle on my lunch!" I warned and walked a little fast towards the entrance.

Jungkook's POV

"So... when will that surprise be, Jungkook?" I turn to Jimin and found him smirking.

I chuckled. "Tomorrow. Make sure you will be there or else I will curse your family generation to never meet the one of for you." I said as they both laughed.

"Chill bro. We already promised to go there, don't worry." Yoongi said and took a sip from his glass of water.

"I already am suffering to find one and you'll curse me? Don't be too harsh." Jimin said making us laugh.

Man... I hope this guy ends up happily

Just a minutes later, we spotted Nayeon hugging someone making my heart beat fast.

Why tho when I found out that it was just Hoseok?

"Wah! Jinjja, this girl's a hugger." Jhope said making us, boys chuckle.

"How was London?" Jimin asked.

"It was great. Tho, I have a hard time interacting with poeple there because all I hear is about business." Hobi said making us chuckle.

"He used to complain to me on the phone how much he hates it there and how he wanted to just ha-" Nayeon was about to continue what she was saying when Hoseok glared at her.

"Just what?" Yoongi asked. Nayeon looked at him with wide eyes. "Uh... hehe, maybe Hobi should say it to you once you get home." She said before chuckling.

"Wait- I think I know what it is~" Jimin said wriggling his eyebrows up and down making Hobi blush while I laughed.

"Yah! You're too green minded!!" Nayeon said as she covered her ears making me smile.

"Wait, so it's not it? Well, admit it Hobi, you do always slip to that thought, right?" Hoseok is now like bright red tomato.

Jimin was about to say another word when Yoongi slapped thr back of his neck. "Hajima! Just eat."

Jimin pouted and did what he was told.

Nayeon's POV

All lunch time, all of us kept on talking about stuffs til it was now time to head back to work.

"Well, I guess I better go now. How about let's have some bonding time tomorrow after your work, Nayeon?" Hobi asked.

"Su-"

"Me and Nayeon will spend some time together tomorrow so, no." Hobi look at Jungkook with a raised eyebrow and so did I.

"Eh? You didn't told me that." I said to Jungkook who just looked at Hobi.

"Wait-ahhh, right. Well, maybe next time then Nayeon. Have a great time tomorrow!" Hoseok waved goodbye while I stood there confused.

"What did he meant?" I asked Jimin who is beside me.

"Jungkook will su-"

"Yah Jimin, let's do our reports now, yeah? Hehe, mianhe Nayeon but, we better go now." Just as they walk away, I spotted Yoongi who looks like he is scolding Jimin.

"Let me drop you at your work space." Jungkook said and grabbed my hand which I smiled at.

But as we walk, I couldn't help but think...

What did hoseok meant just now??
