Lazy Day(s) (Demyx x reader)

was it all real?

The next morning you woke up with a rush sitting straight up in bed, your hand tingled where the man called demyx touched you the day before. You examined it not seeing anything out of the ordinary and passed it off as a dream.
There's no way a man in a black hood showed up just to steal am icecream. You thought to yourself, as you climbed out of bed and put your favorite outfit on and fixed your hair in the mirror.
You had to meet your friends at the station at 8 a.m., which you realized was almost an hour ago when you looked down at your alarm clock.
...
"Ugh where is she??" Hayner stomped his foot in anger as olette played with a scrap of paper.

"Not sure hayner just calm down ok?" She sang in her calming voice. Hayner sighed and gave a nod while crossing his arms.
Pence laughed while drumming his fingers against the ground where he sat.
"She's so late today."
"Thanks captain obvious."

You rushed up to greet your friends. Once you reached them you scrambled around for an excuse BUT couldn't think of one and gripped the wall panting from your run.
"S-sorry..." You whispered in between pants and forced a smile. Hayner shook his head and held out his bag.
"Let's see your cut of the munny for the tickets."
Your heart stopped as you reached around for pockets and couldn't find the little bit you had actually earned.

"I...i just had it." You stammered while looking on the ground around you.
Pence sighed and stood up.
"So you're saying you didn't earn any (y/n)? He asked with an annoyed tone while shoving his hands in his pockets.
You shook your head violently.
"I just had it!" You exclaimed with resulted in an angry with from hayner as he placed his arms behind his head.

"Whatever (y/n) it's ok. Well just work again once more jobs are posted...." he signed and pence looked sad
You looked down at your feet untill olette said with an energetic tone;
"I know what will cheer every one up!" She exclaimed and began walking towards the town. After exchanging a glance and a shrug from hayner, the three of you followed closely behind her.

"Icecrea" hayner asked as you and your friends approached the sea salt icecream stand in the inner parts of twilight towns town.
Olette placed her hands sassily on her hips and got really close to hayner face.
"Yes." She hissed and pence got excited.
"That does it for me! Let's get some."

You smiled and began walking up to the window before catching a glimpse of something out of the corner of your eye.
Or someone.
You looked quickly but once you did it was gone. You shook your head as pence placed a hand on your shoulder.
"You ok y/n?" He began and you nodded.
"You seem distracted. If this is about the munny then domt worry-" he began before you brushed his hand away.

"I'm ok." You lied and smiled at the cashier lady and ordered the ice cream, and began opening the package as you and your friends made your way back up to the station.

"Icecream for brunch" pence sang and danced the entire way up the hill.
You laughed and joined in as you arrived to the Station heights.
As you sat down and opened your icecream you felt a shudder, and looked at your hand again. You looked up towards where demyx had shown up yesterday and wondered where he dissapeared to.

"Um.. y/n? Any reason that spot is interesting today?" Hayner asked and took a bite of his blue popsicle.
You shook your head and stuck the bar in your mouth sucking the salty sweet juice from it afraid of being made fun of.

"She's been spacious all day. Not to mention late this morning, and had misplaced her munny" Pence admitted and olette let out a small GASP.
"That's so unlike you y/n... is everything ok?" She asked sweetly while you let the bit of ice cream in your mouth melt before swallowing it with a hard gulp.

"Yes. I just had this crazy dream last night that I can't seem to shake off." You admitted awaiting the taunts from hayner. But they never came.
"Was it a nightmare?" He asked sympathetically which you shook your head in response to.

"A man I never met before. "
"Does this MAN have a name?" He scoffed and chewed on the stick of his icecream bar that was now melting on to his hand in the summer heat.

"No. And I've never seen him around here before either..." You lied not knowing why you didn't just tell them the name.
It's not like what i saw was real, right?
You wondered as pence moved on to his second icecream bar.
"Well maybe it's a sign!" Olette squealed and rushed over to you dropping her ice cream In the process.
"Maybe hes your soulmate! And h es reaching out to you in dreams!" She swooned and wrapped you in a tight hug.

Hayner threw his stick down and laughed.
"Yeah right. Soulmate? Dreams? Youre all crazy. If that's the case then maybe you should wait around for prince charming." Hayner teased before walking away.
"HAYNER COME BACK AND APOLOGIZE TO Y/N!!" Olette called and chased after him. Pence sighed and handed you the last unopened ice cream.

"I'm gonna help olette. Dont worry about what hayner said and dont think to much ok?" He said warmly before chaing the other two leaving you alone.
You sighed and stuck the icecream in your mouth holding the unopened bar in your hand.
Was it a dream...? You began to think again before a familiar voice stopped you.

"You gonna eat that?"
