Words and Misunderstandings

What does HE want?
You pondered as he walked closer to you until he were a couple feet away.
"Those guys have been everywhere recently. And I've heard you know about it." He questioned and his stance became almost intimidating.

You crossed her arms and huffed.
"This is news to me seifer. " you lied and rolled your eyes.
"Dont play games with me y/n You were just talking to that guy!" He pointed a finger at you.
"I thought he looked like-" you began but a scoff to the left of you caught your attention. You looked and saw hayner with a angry expression on his face.

"So this is why you decided to run out of my room when I was talking?" He questioned shifting his eyes between seifer and you. Seifer chuckled and shook his head.
"You and your lackeys better stay outta me and my crews way hayner. " he threatened before looking at you one last time and storming off.

"Hayner I didn't come to see seifer I came to see-"
He held up a hand and hushed you
"Is seifer the boy you wanted to meet earlier today? It was wasn't it.... it's always who you least expect." He stormed off before you could speak.
You gave a sigh knowing by tomorrow this would blow over, and walked home.

The next day you didn't wake up untill almost 10 a.m. you bolted out of bed and threw on whatever looked good and ran out the door to meet up with your friends. You found them at their old usual place. They were all staring at the ground looking kinda sad.
"Hey guys!" You exclaimed in a cheery manner and sat on the old sofa.
Pence looked away from you.
"So seifer huh." He asked quietly and you shook your head violently.

"It's a misunderstanding he had a question about this stranger I apparently ran into."

"Y/n... is that true?" Olette asked hopeful.
You nodded.
"Yes! I would never leave our group. Seifer is too bossy." You smiled as olette rushed to hug you.
"Thank God! I was gonna be so pissed if it were true."

Pence looked over his shoulder to hayner.
"See it was just a misunderstanding! Theres no way she qould pick seifer over yo-" pence abruptly stopped and hugged you, as hayner gave an annoyed sigh.
"Hayner are you ok?" Timidly, you asked while the other two let go.

"Honestly no." He grumbled and shoved his hands in his pockets.
"You should go be in HIS group."
"What do you.." you began before he rolled his eyes and snapped his fingers.
"Did you not hear me? You've been acting strange these past few days y/n! And now I know why. If you wanna see seifer so badly then... then..."

"Hayner!" Olette yelled and he lowered view to the ground.
Tears welled up in your eyes. "Then what hayner..." you whispered. His angry eyes met your sad ones.
"I don't wanna speak anymore today y/n. Please go. "

Olette shook hayner by the arm yelling at him while pence looked at you as you began backing out of the hideout tears falling from your e/c eyes.
"Y/n.. please dont-" he began but you turned around and bolted out of there the tears making your vision blurry as you ran down to the sandy area where most of the struggle matches take place. You wiped your eyes as you ran not seeing what was infront of you untill you ran smack dab into someone.

"Hey watch where your-" you began and looked up into a pair of shining blue eyes.
Demyx!
"Well this is one way to me-" he also began and noticed the tears falling from your eyes. His face instantly softened and he pulled you to one of the benches that was around.

"Y/n..? Are you ok?" He asked his voice softening.
Should I tell him? You wondered while holding yourself.
"Yeah!" You lied and forced a smile but his soft blue eyes didn't change. He placed a hand on yours and smiled kindly.

"Dont worry about him y/n. I'm here now."
