Vegeta gets off his Space ship and sees Pybara waited outside for him
Pybara:you have returned!.. welcome Prince Vegeta(takes a bow)

Pybara:so what have you come here for?, More meditation?
Vegeta: not really! I've come to ask you of something called "SPIRIT CONTROL"

Pybara:you see the last time you were here..while you were working on your spirit fission and you fainted I made a statement, i said "he refuses to increase his *SPIRIT CONTROL before learning the technique" maybe you were still a bit conscious and heard me say it
Vegeta:so what the hell is it about?
Pybara:you see to become a perfect fighter one must have a high level of equity in mind, body and spirit. With full control of your body, your body can handle almost any form of disasters take example planet explosion or massive death blasts, you also attain quick mortal healing and also the ability to handle a large amount of power without getting overwhelmed, creation of powerful ki blasts, deflecting of ki blasts and so on
Vegeta: that's what comes with good body control right?
Pybara: yes, and some others. With full control of your mind you think and respond extremely fast..
Vegeta: (*so that's how the ultra instinct works, mind control!*)
Pybara: ....and your mind also has some sort of protection that allows it to be uncorruptible. Some people who go really deep into mastering their mind may attain mind reading skills. finally with full control of your spirit you'll have the ability to channel your emotion to your body making you more powerful, you'll also have full control over your spirit allowing you to do many incredible things like:instant transmission, spirit fission, enlargement in size and sprit infusion, of course spirit control is mostly inborn than learnt.
Vegeta: what, you mean it can't be taught?
Pybara: it can but it requires much more time compared to the mind and body control
Vegeta: like how much time are we talking
Pybara: hmmm.. at least half a decade
Vegeta: HALF A DECADE!! you know how much power I could gain from doing actual training in half a decade, why would I waste that time closing my eyes and meditating
Pybara: ... It's much more than that Vegeta
Vegeta:why bother wasting so much time?
Pybara: for a perfect fighter to be formed, he or she must have and equal amount of the three components Body, mind and spirit, having just one or two of these component makes one become limited.
Vegeta: limited? What do you mean by that.
Pybara: every mortal has a limit Vegeta, once you choose to master just one or two of the three components you give into the limitation but one every single one of them is mastered you become a god in your own respect.
Vegeta: hmm.. if you know all this why don't you go ahead and master all three.
Pybara: hahaha! What I seek is beyond the power that most mortals crave.
Vegeta: tell me Pybara, how much work do I have to do to become a perfect fighter
Pybara: alot, seeing how you have low spirit control, telling by your spirit readings the only emotion you are good with is rage, but to truly master manipulating your spirit control to power you must learn to take advantage of any emotion you have
Vegeta: aside from spirit control, how high is my mind control, I'm pretty confident about my body control.
Pybara: your mind control... Well I can't really tell
Vegeta: for Kakarot to have been able to learn ultra instinct it means he not only has better spirit control, his mind control also surpasses mine
Pybara:Kakarot?,who is that?
Vegeta: he is a Saiyan like me, you've met him before, you taught him the instant transmission

Pybara: of course!..I'm gonna use the ability project my spirit into a larger physical entity
Pybara spirit becomes larger and his body is now in his Spirit and his body movements control his outer body (exo-spirit)
