Unexpected Love

Part 3

Author's POV:

Your first day at work. You got ready fixing your collar of the shirt you were wearing with your short skirt which was upto your knees. Your hair made into natural curls hugging your covered shoulders. You used your favourite strawberry chapstick kissing the air as you admired your look. Your natural long black lashes totally perfect without any mascara.

Despite of such beauty, you were never the one to brag about it. Instead you always liked to be kind and helpful. You truly were beautiful both inside and out.

-At work-

"Hello Mr.Park." You greeted Mr.Park as he chuckled returning you a nod. You smiled slightly seeing his friendly behaviour. 

"Please get into your cubicle. I will send you the assigned work and you will be given a project with your partner, Mr.Seokjin within next week. Thank you." He said formally as you nodded. Although you were mentally cursing him for putting you up with Mr.Seokjin that too this early. 

Was this intentional? or what? Why would he even select your partner before the project? Is this even a school assignment or stuff?

But you shrugged off your thoughts gulping some of the banana milk as you were typing on your computer. You felt bored so you looked beside to see a girl working and sighing non stoppingly.

"Hey!!" You whispered as she looked at you waving a slight hi.

"Are you tired?" You asked as she nodded. You felt bad for her so you forwarded her a bottle of banana milk from your bag. She looked amused.

"Do you have more than 10?" She asked as you nodded as if it wasn't a big deal.

"Oh wow! Is that even allowed? I heard Mr.Park is pretty strict when it comes to these so you should hide these from him." She said as you looked at her in disbelief.

"I can't live without my banana milk. Omg how will I work here?" You said thinking about yourself as she chuckled.

"Don't worry. Just have it when he isn't near." She said as you chuckled. You both talked and worked for quite a while and you ate your first lunch in the office with her.

Her name is Lisa. A sweet angelic girl in the form of a human. She told you about the rules of the office and about every person's habits and character. 

"Oh and Mr.Seokjin.. He is one of the best workers here. He is also the Co-Ceo of this office but doesn't show any attitude about that. He is really cold and barely shows of emotions. But he isn't the bad heartless person. He respects people very much." She said making you scoff.

"I knew him before I came in this office and he is one of the most grumpy people someone could ever see." You said as Lisa chuckled.

You told her your story and she chuckled.

"It's surprisingly that he even bothers about bumping into someone." She said as you laughed along. Soon you both finished your lunch and packed your boxes heading to the washroom. 
While walking, you bumped into someone as your lunchboxes scattered down.

"FISHCAKES!" You shouted as the person infront of you groaned at the same time. Both of your eyes widened as you realized it was you both, bumping into each other, again.

 "YOU!" You both groaned at the same time as he sighed tired of bumping into the same person everytime.

"Seriously? Do you do that intentionally?" He asked as you looked at him in disbelief.

"Do I look like I am interested in bumping into someone like you intentionally?" You said with complete attitude as he rolled his eyes.

"Now get lost." He said.

"Why me? I came here to wash my hands! And YOU bumped into me! Not me bumping into you! So you get lost!" You said as he scoffed.

"As if." He said folding his hands on his chest.

"Look what you did!! You scattered my packed lunchbox pieces! Now pick them up!" You said cupping your waist as he didn't budge.

"Guys guys! Calm down! I am picking everything! You both just don't pick on yourselves! Please!" Lisa said as you made weird sarcastic faces as Seokjin glared at you.

He took his boxes from Lisa and left.

"HOW CAN HE BE THAT GRUMPY! HMPH!" You said as Lisa chuckled.

"Funny how you both always meet by bumping into each other." She said as you pouted.

"What's so funny?" You asked as she giggled walking.

-At home-

"Y/N! FOR REAL? HAHAHAHAH GIRL LOOK YOUR JOB IS EASIER NOW!!! YOUR LUCK IS SO NICE!"  Jennie squealed as you scoffed.

"I don't think that's how it works! We always BUMP into each other!" You said as she looked at you wiggling her eyebrows.

"I smell something fishy!" She said smirking as you cut her off.

"Keep smelling until your nose rots." You said as she pouted.

"Hah! Anyways! Now your job in taking revenge is so much more easier!" She said as you agreed.

"True though. But now I gotta do my work from office. Now you go out or else you'll bug me." You said.

"No I won't promise! And since when did you change so much? You are turning grumpy you know?" She said as you sighed.

"I am not turning grumpy. I am taking precautions for not getting into a project with someone grumpy." You said as she laughed.

"Yeah now let me do my work!" You said as Jennie nodded.

Seokjin's POV:

"I swear to God! She can't even see while walking!" I said as Jimin chuckled.

"Hyung! You really talk and complain alot nowadays!" He said as I scoffed.

"Why did you have to pair me up with her? You know I am the real CEO and it's all just acting to see who are worthy of being workers?" I said as he agreed.

"But Hyung look! It will be fun! You both will bicker all the time and I can enjoy with some popcorn and cola!" He said laughing as I just sat on the couch scrolling through my phone.

"Okay goodnight hyung!" He said going to bed as I nodded.

"Hyung!!! Look I have my banana milk!" Jungkook said out of nowhere jumping on the couches as I sighed.

"It's 11 p.m. and you are still drinking banana milk?" I asked as he pouted.

"It's yummy! Can I get some more tomorrow?" He asked as I nodded.

"Yayyy thank you!" He said as I smiled softly seeing his cuteness.
