Unexpected Love

Part 10

Author's POV:

"Hello Mr.Kim." You smiled to Mr.Seokjin but he returned you a cold glare making you confused why he was suddenly acting so weirdly.

"Your work will be sent to you within a few minutes. Till then bring me a cup of coffee." He said.

"Does he even know how to say a please." You mumbled audible enough for him to hear and send you another glare.

"Here sir." You gave him his coffee. Suddenly you got a call and saw it was from Jaemin as a smile appeared on your lips. Seokjin's heart burned in fire seeing the caller ID of your phone while your smile added even more fire to his heart.

You were about to pick up the call when Seokjin spoke.

"Calls aren't allowed during work times." He said making you heave a deep sigh knowing how grumpy he can be.

Suddenly he got a call from Mia for the 219083th time in the day. He sighed internally but acted happy to get the call just to make you jealous. You got confused seeing him faking the happiness. Cause nonetheless you knew the happiness was totally fake.

"Hello Mia! How are you?" He said in a fake sweet tone making you want to cringe.

He smirked thinking his plan worked leaving you totally confused why he was acting so weird lately.

Maybe a dog bit him.. You thought.

"Yeah I am finee~ The date was so romantic!" He said internally slapping himself for even bringing up that stupid date.

You raised a brow looking at his talking figure.

So he is talking to his date! You thought.

"Mr.Ki-" You wanted to talk but got cut off by him talking on the phone.

"Yes of course! Date today!" He said lovingly which was fake as well. He cut the call as you looked at him bluntly. He smirked thinking you were jealous.

"What is it? Why are you interrupting me while I am talking to my date? Are you perhaps jealous?" He asked as you made a confused, weird, funny and also shocked reaction. Something mixed.

"Oh.. so he was trying to make me jealous!" You mumbled.

"Ahh Mr.Kim so what I wanted to say is that, you said that calls aren't allowed during work time but you just talked right now which is not right so I am going outside to talk." You said mentally smirking for proving him wrong.

Seokjin on the other hand gave a disappointed look to himself knowing his plan didn't work. But more than that, he was jealous that you were going to talk to Jaemin.

"Ahh date? Okay!" You said on the call as you hung up. You turned around just to bump into someone's chest. You looked up to see Seokjin standing looking at you with a piercing gaze.

"Mr...Seokjin..." You whispered to yourself.

"Ms.Y/N, I remember telling you to give me some coffee." He said as you looked at him confused.

"And I gave that already!" You said.

"No you didn't." He said.

"Yes I did!" You said.

"No."

"Yes!"

"No."

"Yes!"

"SHUT UP YOU BOTH!" Lisa suddenly shouted as Seokjin glared at her.

"Sorry sir.. Shut up Y/N and come on!" She said grabbing your arm but you looked at her in disbelief.

"But I did make the coffee!" You said clearly disappointed as she just gave you a "Relax.dude." look.

"Here is you 2nd coffee Mr.Kim." You said emphasizing the word "2nd".

He smirked sipping the coffee. Suddenly you got a message from Jaemin saying that he will pick you up at 6. It was 4 already and the office was about to end so you happily packed your stuff and left.

-time skip-

"Yes very yummy!" You said to Jaemin who was licking off his ice-cream.

"Ah let's go to the ferris wheel!" You said pointing at the ferris wheel as Jaemin nodded.

While walking you were licking your ice cream talking to Jaemin on how your office goes and especially how the ice-cream tastes.

Suddenly you bumped into someone. Turns out it was no one but Seokjin.

"You-" You both said at the same time while came forward to see what happened.

"What are you doing here?" You both asked in unison.

"Date." You both said together again as both of your eyes widened. Seokjin was burning in fire. He didn't want to come to some stupid date with Mia. Even he didn't know why he said that. Just to anger you although it didn't work. But even after he tried ways to cancel it, Mia had to bug him anyways.

"Who is he?" Jaemin asked as you looked at him and answered.

"My boss. Office boss." You said as he chuckled.

"The old one? Or the new one,, you were saying he is some grumpy school principal." He said to you as your eyes widened while Seokjin glared at you. You smiled innocently as you grabbed Jaemin's hand and said,

"Dashi run run run!" As Jaemin understood he messed up. You both fled away while Seokjin was just glaring at you both but soon got interrupted by Mia clinging on his arms.

"Jinnie~~~ Let's go to the ferris wheel huh? We can take sky selfies! It's on trend!" She said as Seokjin mentally rolled his eyes but soon his face turned into a smirk as he realized you were going there too. And his next plan was....

following you and Jaemin.

"Ahhh Jaeminah~! Look here!" You pointed yourself to Jaemin who looked at you seeing your camera on your head.

"Aishh keep it down! It will fall down!" Jaemin said chuckling as you giggled with him. You both were goofing on the ferris wheel as well as enjoying while Seokjin on the other hand was intense glaring at you and Jaemin enjoying while Mia clinging on his arms.
In all this time, he didn't even realize how he was acting so weird all of a sudden. As if he was some kind of obsessed love and not the cold quiet person he knew himself as.
