Unexpected Love

Part 11

Y/N's POV:

"WHAT?" I screamed as Lisa shut my mouth.

"Shush girl! And yes! Tomorrow is the grand party of our office. I don't know why but I just overheard Mr.Kim talking to Mr.Park." She said.

"But I don't want to go to those boring parties! Gosh! Once appa took me to his business party and it was literally hell!" I shouted as she shut my mouth again.

"Shut up will you? I am not sure about this." She said as I calmed down.

"So everyone is invited!" Mr.Kim said. What else? That the grand business party will be held because our company got profit from the recent products and it was a success. 

"Ms. Lee. You will be accompanying me all the time during the party." Mr.Kim said as I looked at him bluntly. What on earth!

Author's POV:

You were now searching for a dress, comfy but good looking to go to the party. You found a pretty pink top with white leggings. You did slight makeup letting your soft hair flow into slight curls. You used your favourite strawberry chapstick as you left for the party.

"As expected." You mumbled seeing the place all quiet and deadly with people formally dancing at a side. You made the most awkward expressions but got interrupted by a tap on your shoulder. You turned around.

"Jaemin!?!" You exclaimed hugging him. He hugged you back chuckling.

"You here?" He asked as you looked at him confused.

"Same question! Well I am Mr.Kim's secretary that's why I am here." You said as he looked amazed.

"Ahh! And my dad is the CEO of the Jae Company. Dad's company and the Kim's Company launched the product together which got this success. So I am here too!" He said as you smiled widely.

"Ahh congrats to your appa!" You said as he giggled.

"Als-" Jaemin was cut off by Seokjin coming in between you both while giving you a scary look.

"Hello Mr.Kim!" He said as he looked at him confused but then gave an obvious look.

"I am Mr.Jae Sungheun's son, Na Jaemin." He said formally forwarding his hands for a handshake as Seokjin accepted it.

"Nice to see you." He said coldly as you rolled your eyes at his behaviour which didn't go unnoticed by him.

"Ms.Lee I suppose you are supposed to come to the party to assist me and complete the duty of being a secretary instead of trash talking with people." He said as you scoffed.

"I just came." You said but he shrugged gesturing you to follow him as you did annoyed. Jaemin chuckled seeing your face as you bid him a small bye.

"Hello Mr.Wang." Seokjin said as you bowed to him along with Seokjin. He just shook hands with Seokjin but eyes you from top to bottom licking his lips. You kind of found it uncomfortable but shrugged it off. 

Seokjin too noticed it and glared at Mr.Wang but couldn't do anything as the party was supposed to go calm. Suddenly he went to talk with Jaemin's dad as you were standing there alone and totally bored.

"Bored alone beautiful?" Someone asked from behind as you turned around to see Mr.Wang with his weird looks. You smiled fakely trying to avoid him but he suddenly started coming closer as you sensed something wrong. His hand slowly made its way to your waist as your eyes widened. Before you could do something, Jaemin out of nowhere appeared. 

"Mr.Wang!" He shouted as everyone's attention was now on him. Mr.Wang's smirk turned into a horrified shock as he saw Jaemin.

"You should learn how to respect women. How dare you even touch someone inappropriately! I respect you or else I would've broke your face. Now get lost!" He shouted as Mr.Wang left the place ashamed. 

Seokjin, Jimin and Mr.Jae came to see what had happened while a few other just stared leaving the rest minding their own business. 

"What happened?" Seokjin asked.

"Mr.Wang was trying to touch Y/N inappropriately.  He never changed with his habits." Jaemin said sighing as Mr.Jae patted his back.

"Good job son. Now enjoy the party shall we?" Mr.Jae said as everyone raised their glasses. But something was off with Seokjin. His face seemed totally unreadable after he heard about Mr.Wang.

-time skip-

You were currently stuffing your mouth with food along with Jaemin clicking weird pictures of you while laughing his heart out. You had nothing to do with Mr.Kim and his work partners so here you were stuffing food totally carelessly.

"Ms.Lee." Mr.Kim said as Jaemin stopped laughing and fake coughed.

"G-W-Wo-u?" You asked mouth stuffed with food as Seokjin sighed.

"Where were you all this time? Stuffing food?" He asked.

"It's not called stuffing food! It's called eating!" You exclaimed offended by his words while Jaemin made a funny face listening to your explanation making you glare at him. But little did you both know, Seokjin was glaring at you both glaring at each other. (my mind is messed up ;p)

Suddenly you noticed a spider on the vanilla cake as you looked at it with widened eyes. Seokjin and Jaemin followed your direction and saw the spider.

They thought you were scared but you went to the spider.

"Hello Mr.Spider! Friends?" You asked as Jaemin chuckled at you while Seokjin scoffed.

"Ms.Lee. Stop with those childish acts! Spiders are disgusting!" He said.

"What did they do? ATE YOU?" You asked sarcastically while he sighed in defeat.

Suddenly Jaemin went behind him and took out two toy spiders placing them on his head while you tried to hold in your laughter and shock seeing him doing this bravery job.

"Omg Mr.Kim!!!" You shouted pointing on his head. Thankfully everyone was busy dancing so no one noticed you guys.

"What?" He asked. You pointed on his head as Jaemin started acting with you too.

He then touched his hair and his expression changed from a cold one to a kind of terrified one.
