Stephane never meant to be cocky, majority didn't, it just came out that way. Stephane felt the need to be better at fighting because that was the only thing that she was good at to begin with. The other adults she was around didn't have much but they had more than her. Steph was dealt a bad hand and was bitter about it, so whenever anyone threatened her she always brought up the one thing she was good at and usually they backed off. The feeling she got when people were intimidated by her made her feel like a queen, but one day Steph let's her pride ahead of her in a bout she knows she can't win. So Steph did her normal chores churning the butter, milking the cows, just like a normal farm girl. Though as Steph goes to fetch the water from the lake (her least favorite chore). The so called 'proper housewives' we're all in line, they blabbed and gossiped as Steph approached, sighing. The ladies barley paid her mind only a few brief glances, but one particularly longer stare caught her eye. It was a young woman who was particularly pretty with light brown hair, creamy black skin, and doe like brown eyes. She was beautiful, aggravated at the fact that someone had something she didn't yet again Steph approached the fair woman and spat,

"What are you looking at, you wretch?" The woman didn't retract like the others around her; she just stood with an innocent stare at the aggressor. Steph angered at the lack of reaction from the bronze haired lady slapped her. The sound of the skin connecting seemingly echoed across the flat terrain of the small Island. The brash interaction that was initiated by Steph earned several horrified gasps from other maidens in the line for the dirty water.

"Well that was uncalled for!" The petite girl huffed indignantly while holding her cheek. Steph was fuming, upset that the woman thought she could speak to her like that.

"So you want to go?" Steph asked cockilly, sure of herself and her skills as a fighter. The lady before her looked at her in the eye before she smirked, but the smirk that came from this lady's face was different then the one that came from Steph. Whoever the girl was before Steph from what conveyed from her smirk she was not only sure of her winning but she was planning something evil. The once cute petite girl was now looking like the spawn of satan. The Brunette girl in front of her changed, she had horns and a tail and she was in a place that looked undeniably like hell and how it was described in the bible. She had a grin as there was an adolescent beneath her feet splattering blood on the floor. The adolescent turned to look at Steph and Steph was staring at a de-aged version of herself. To Steph's relief the vision faded back to reality just as quickly as it had come.

"So you still want to fight me?" Asked the smirking girl. Angry and Baffled Steph was quick to respond,

"Of Course you can't scare me!" Steph's eyes looked down to look at the demon girl once more, but as soon as she looked at the brunette she was transported to the familiar pillared room with magma seeping out of the cracks. The last conscious thought Steph had was 'This is hell'. Nobody ever heard from Steph again, within three years she was forgotten, never to be thought of again, she was simply gone.
