Love, something North Taylor never thought he would feel. He thought the ability to care for someone in such a way was stolen from him, never to return. Love, something he feels. But it can't be love, love for him can't be with someone so, good, perfect, utterly out of his reach. He can't let this crush, he has decided, crush him.
This person, so beautiful, so inspiring, so unreal. They would only laugh at him, reject him. He would never tell them, he can't mess up another friendship, North doesn't want to be alone. So no, he doesn't love this person, they aren't his crush, simply an infatuation. A fleeting feeling, sure to be gone within a week, maybe even a month. He shouldn't embarrass himself for no reason.
"North?" Even their voice...no.
"I'm coming"
