The very next day, I went back to school. Thank God, the cramps are already gone now but Mother Nature is still currently visiting me and hasn't left yet.

I departed from the house very early and arrived at school very early in the morning. I went directly to my locker as soon as I stepped on the school grounds.

The outfit that I wore to school today was a pair of black jeans and a cropped yellow shirt and a black hoodie that is wrapped around my waist.

As I was walking towards my locker, I kept thinking about yesterday's happenings. He sent me some text messages last night, just checking in on me, but I never read the texts. I think he got the message that I didn't really want to talk to him that time and just left me alone but not before sending me a good night text.

The rest of the week went by like a blur. Nothing really interesting happened that day, just full of class work that needed to be finished and passed before the day ended. And also there's gonna be a game later on tonight, but I don't think I'll be going tonight.

"Come on, Maureen!" Lily groaned out loudly. "Just come to the game tonight, please? Just tonight, you don't have to go to the other upcoming game nights, just tonight." She begged in front of me.

Lily was dressed in her cheer uniform over her dark blue puffer jacket. I don't know why she was wearing a puffer jacket in the middle of October when it's not even that cold yet.

I was leaning in front of Rosie's car, my arms crossed against my chest with a stoic expression on my face. "No means no, Sweetie. Get that piece of information inside that thick skull of yours."

"Yeah, Maureen, it's just for one night. It's not like the time you've been to a Football game. We'll pick you together with Rosie, of course except for Lily because she has last minute cheer practice to do." Lauren pointed at Lily before continuing on what she was saying. "The game starts around seven-thirty, so, we will just have dinner somewhere before going back here for the game."

She was wearing a vintage button up shirt and a pair of washed out jeans to pair it with.

I rolled my eyes. "Honestly, I'd rather go through my phone for hours fangirling over Draco Malfoy. At least, he's more interesting to look at unlike that Football game we don't even know a thing about. And I really don't wanna go out right now, especially Mother fucking Nature is still visiting me."

And I forgot to mention, I've been intentionally avoiding Grayson for the whole entire day. I don't wanna see his face at the moment.

"Bitch," Rosie suddenly gasped. "You have yours too? Same." She waved her hand airily at me. Rosie was just dressed in an oversized sweatshirt and black leggings.

"Dumb bitch, didn't I tell you that was the reason I wasn't in school yesterday?" I reminded her in a 'duh' tone lacing through my voice.

She knitted her brows together in confusion. "Really? Maybe this day was so boring that I forgot everything we did today. I have zero idea about that. When did you tell me that?"

I shrugged. "I don't know, maybe during our Math class or something like that. I forgot also, but it was somewhere during our morning classes."

"Geez, Math Class... I didn't even bother handing my paper in to Miss... What's her name again?" Lily chimed in.

We chuckled at her. She literally forgot our Math teacher's name.

"Is it Ms. Yoyo or Ms. Yogo or was it Ms. Yarnies? I don't know, bitch! All I know is that her last name starts with a letter Y!" Lily huffed out in frustration.

"It's Ms. Yields! God, you're so difficult!" Lauren answered.

"Oh, shit." She put a hand over her mouth. "Right, it was Ms. Yields. My bad. AHAHAHAHAH! Well, she was a boring teacher anyways, not my fault why I forgot her name."
