¨Shit shit shit shittt! How the fuck did I wake up late? I SET AN ALARM!¨ i yell looking at my phone rushing to the bathroom, soon realizing that i did make alarm. I just never set it. I get out of the shower and throw on the first outfit I find and run out to the car. ¨Shit i forgot my phone¨ i run back in and grab my phone and take a quick look around to make sure im not forgeting anything else. I look down at my phone, 10:50, Im supposed to be there at 11 and its a 20 minute drive over there. Audrey wanted to go get brunch and go window shopping, so we're going to some outdoor mall thing. I look down at my phone and i still have about 10 minutes until i get there so i decide to call her.
Hey Audrey. Hi Evie! You almost here? Um actually no, im about 8 minutes away. ¨she slept in didnt she¨ i hear Cam say. Shut up Cam i'll kill you ¨wowww im soooo scared¨ Fuck you Cam ¨yes please¨ Ugh, ur gross. Sorry about that Audrey, I'll be there in a few. Where would you like me to meet you? Um, how about by the water fountain. You'll see it when you get here, it's impossible to miss. Ok, well um.. I'll see you when I get there I guess. Ok, see ya! she said energetically.
About a minute passes and I get a notification. It's from Audrey. She sent a picture of her balancing on one foot on the side of the fountain with her arms out. I'm guessing that was the water fountain she wanted to meet at. She is so adorable.
I get there and sure enough the first thing I see is the water fountain. As well as Audrey splashing Cam with the water. I get out and wave at Cam and Audrey runs up to me. ¨Come on slowpoke, I'm hungryyyy¨ she says grabbing my arm and draging me along. ¨Dang I just got here, but like same. Let's go find a place to eat.¨

We were walking to the food place when suddenly Audrey let's out a gasp. ¨Audrey are you ok!?¨ ¨Yeah im fantastic cuz look, we're matching!¨ she said jumping around. ¨Oh yeah, I guess we are. That's pretty cool huh¨ I say looking down at my shirt and then up at her. ¨How are you matching?¨ Cam says with a slightly annoyed attitude. ¨Because, Evie is wearing yellow and I'm wearing yellow. We're both wearing yellow so we're matching¨ she explains to Cam like he's an idiot. ¨But it's not even the same shade of yellow. And Evie is wearing yellow and green and you're wearing yellow and blue.¨ ¨Cam just let her have this, we're both wearing yellow so we're matching. There, end of discussion¨ ¨Ha, I win¨ Audrey turns back towards us and sticks her tongue out at Cam and makes an L shape on her forehead. Cam rolls his eyes at he and continues walking. ¨You guys are literal children¨ I saw dragging Audrey along. ¨Well, I think Cam is just jealous because he can't match with us. He's all like, Oh, my name is Cam and I wear all black because Im cool and mysterious but really I'm just a big scardy cat. Grrr¨ she said mocking Cam. ¨Wait, I'm not a scardy cat. What are you talking about?¨ he said quickly turning back around to face her. ¨You are too, I found out that you guys do have roads here but you just fly around because you're too scared to drive.¨ Audrey said in a sing songy voice, playfully poking him in his sides. ¨WHAT! WHO TOLD YOU!¨ Cam said all embarrassed. ¨Me of course, who else. And I meann, Audrey how did you not see the cars everywhere.¨ I said pridefully with a smirk. ¨Well the light was too bright for my eyes to I had to wear a blindfold until my eyes adjusted a little. But now I've upgraded to these cool sunglasses¨ she said showing of her new glasses. ¨Ohhh ok, wow Cam you really took that and ran with it huh¨ ¨Ughh, let's just go eat.¨ ¨ Cam is a scardy cat, Cam is a scardy cat¨ Audrey sang skipping to the restaurant entrance.

We finished eating and now we're just walking around. We pass a store with a little Christmas tree in the window. Audrey stopped dead in her tracks and put her hands up on the window. ¨You guys have Christmas here!¨ she said amazed. ¨Yeah, it's not that big of a deal tho. Me and Cam normally just hang out, watch a movie, and exchange a few gifts. Nothing special¨ i said walking over to her. ¨NOT A BIG DEAL! NOTHING SPECIAL! Christmas is a magical time where we all get together and spend time doing winter things. Its one of my favorite holidays, you can't just brush it off like that¨ she said waving her hands around. ¨Wow, calm down little miss halmark movie. Its just not a big thing around here.¨ i said shrugging my shoulders. ¨Well it is now. We still have a week before Christmas. That should be plenty of time to decorate and go shopping. Come on gang, lets go save Christmas!¨ she said marching into the store. ¨This is literally straight out of a Christmas movie.¨ I said dragging my feet behind her. ¨Ughh do we have to?¨ Cam whined. ¨Yup, come one. Into the store we go¨ Audrey said, already inside. ¨Oh my gosh, she really is a handful¨ ¨Yeah I told you, and you've only known her two days. I've known her a week, how do you think I feel¨ he said luaghing. Audrey's a lot, but in a good way. ¨Well, I guess we gotta go 'save Christmas'¨
