"Halloween is this Friday! How have we not planned the party yet?" Sage gasps. "Because potions is kicking our asses," Tate replies, taking a bite of their apple. "Did you steal that from my brother?" I ask. "I prefer the term borrow." They wink.
"Ew, I love you Tate, but never wink at me again." I chuckle. "Okay let's make a list of what we should get for the party," Sage says as she pulls out a piece of parchment and a quill. "I can buy everything so just put whatever you want." I shrug before opening my potions textbook.

"Okay so I have the list of supplies done, all we need is to purchase everything." Sage states. "Who are we inviting?" Tate asks. "I say we invite anyone that wants to come, as long as they are 15 or older," I reply.
"That includes Gryffindors," Sage says. "So? Not all Gryffindors are annoying." I answer. "That's true I guess." She shrugs before folding up the list. I shift my focus back to my potions homework.
Suddenly clouds of green, foul-smelling smoke fill the common room. "What the hell?" I cough. Two familiar redheads are seen running out of the room. "Weasleys." Tate groans as we all run out of the common room to escape the smell.
"I swear those two are the worst." Sage coughs out. "Tell me about it," I reply before taking a deep breath of fresh air. "Looking good Malfoy!" Fred shouts from the end of the hallway. "Piss off Weasley!" I shout back.
He throws me a wink before his twin drags him away. I roll my eyes at his actions. Why does it have to be him?
