Nora Greene loves to read. Some would agree when she says it's her literal drug. She's also the captain of her High schools Reading Club. One day, after hurting another student, just for defending her father, Nora is sent to the principals office. he gives Nora a proposition. Help school delinquent, Austin Woods, with his English so the school doesn't give up on him. Don't help Austin, and Nora is prohibited from attending this months Reading Challenge at another school. Nora considers her options. she really doesn't like Austin. He's rude, never does his work, constantly backtalks the other teachers, and doesn't care about anyone but himself. but having the chance to share literature and reading with someone would make her feel one step further towards becoming the author that she wants to be. But at the start, Austin does everything he can to avoid picking up a book. However, over time, he eventually gives in and begins to read. He begins to enjoy it. But all too soon, Nora will learn why Austin is the school delinquent with the lowest grades. And during this whole experience, they become close. So much so that they eventually become more than friends.
