Draco made a comical scene about it when he screamed like a girl when Fred spot him changing, and he slipped and fell in the process turning a bright color "pink".

he went to Gringotts and got the blocks off his person along with any potential potions.
his hair went from greasy black to shiny brown.
his pale skin went to a golden tan.
his taller figure reduced to an average height.
freckles were on his nose.
he looked great.
he informed Mcgongall and the staff.
before he placed an illusion on himself.
they went back to classes and they went over smoothly since he did not have any more blocks.
he did not favor any houses.
which leads to equal distribution of points.
he added more instructions.
and showed examples.
in all the students were happy.
he explained what happened and apologized for the previous behavior.
they forgave him.
knowing he was not in control.
he kept an act around Dumbledor and so did everyone else to try to fool him that they all still had blocks.
