Hey everyone!
You might of have seen me roaming around wattpad tryna write some short stories and then deleting them later or just reading through other people's books. But I believe its time for me to finally publish this book up on this site! And hopefully finish it aha.
This book has been my little baby. I started writing about it a year ago, and I kept coming back, adding, changing and editing the book. But I think it's good enough for me to set it out into the world.
However I would like to add a couple of disclaimers for this book.
There will be child abuse, drug/alcohol abuse, mental abuse, starvation and other things that may trigger you in this story.
The character is a child and will not understand everything that is going on and will think that what she is going through is normal. And while that is sad and disturbing, it happens a lot in real life.
As the main character will be constantly comparing things to her living conditions, and as there will be constant abuse will be present, I will not be placing any warnings within the book. If you believe this will affect you in anyway, please do not read, as I don't want this book to trigger anyone. Mental health first :) .
This book is completely fiction, so any places, characters or events that take place in this book are complete coincidences, as it all has been conjured up in my messed up head.
I will not tolerate any negative comments. If you don't like it, you are not being forced to read it. But constructive criticism is always welcomed (I'm always trying to improve).
Another warning/ heads up is that there will be cultural differences. I am Australian (Welcome from down under haha). So some words may be written differently. This story however will be placed in America. (So please tell me if I get anything wrong as I would like to be as culturally correct as I can- I don't wish to follow the stereotypes of what I have come across from social media, movies etc)
But please remember this is also a fiction book. I am bound to make mistakes.
