Pushing yourself doesn't mean forcing yourself. It's about trying to find certain ways for you to get to that one thing you're trying to do.
For instance, I always push myself to be more positive towards people or even myself. But that's not always happening so I find different routes to try and take myself down that way.
It's easy to get it confused with a lot of things.
Just remember that YOU are responsible for your actions and no one is going to push you.
