Noah called out to him, snapping him out of his moment.

Zayne got up and walked over to find Noah standing by the side of the slide. "Yea what is it." He asked. Noah was staring at the sand pit. Zayne looked over and saw Eli. He was sitting on the sand and there was another guy sitting with him. They were making sandcastles.

"Who's that?" Zayne asked. Noah shrugged as he shoved Zayne forward. "Fine I'll check it out." Zayne said and walked over. He could see Eli laughing, so it shouldn't be a bad guy. Eli's not very good with people.

"Zayne!" Eli calls out to him as he saw him. Zayne smiled. "Hey buddy." He said, the guy's back was still turned to him. "Who's this?" Zayne continued as he walked over to Eli.

"He's playing with me, look at our sandcastles!" Eli said as he pointed to the sand. Zayne chuckled and ruffled his hair before turning his attention to the guy.

"Mr Sterling. What a surprise." He said as he stood up. Zayne moved away from him. It was Adrian, what was he doing here. Zayne pulled Eli away from him.

"What do you want." Zayne asked. Adrian stood up. "What do you mean? Do you want to give me anything?" He said, taking a step forward.

Zayne took a step back and pulled Eli with him, making him fall onto the sand. "Oh, I'm sorry. Are you okay?" Zayne asked as he squats down beside Eli.

He helped Eli up and patted the sand off of his clothes. "Do you want to go play the swings?" He asked Eli as he got up. "Swings? Yeah!" Eli said and grabbed Zayne's hand.

Zayne smiled and pulled him toward the swings, walking away from Adrian. "Can you get on by yourself?" Zayne asked. Eli nodded enthusiastically and climbed onto the seat clumsily.

Zayne moved to behind Eli. "Ready? Hold on tight okay?" Zayne said as he started to push. "Didn't know you had a kid." Adrian said from behind him.

"He's the kid from the warehouse." Zayne stated, hoping that Adrian would leave. He did the opposite. He moved over and sat on the other swing, facing Zayne.

"What are you doing here." Zayne sighed. He wanted Adrian gone as soon as possible. "I was just passing by." Adrian said looking at him.

"Right, don't you have things to do?" He asked, not even bothering to look at him. He took a step back, Eli was fine swinging by himself already.

"No I don't actually." Adrian pretended to think for a while before he replied. Zayne walked over to him and crossed his arms. "Great, so bye." Zayne said, it was about time they brought Eli back too.

"Bye? Who said you were leaving." Adrian questioned and raised his eyebrows at Zayne. "Noah! Eli, come on. We have to go back already, okay?" Zayne called out to Noah who was still watching from a distance and got Eli off the swing.

Eli didn't really want to go, but he did a lot already tonight and he was really happy. Zayne walked toward Eli, so did Noah. "Can I get another ice cream?" He asked and gave Zayne the biggest smile he could.

"No, you had one already and it's already pretty late." Zayne said as he reached out to grab Eli's hand. "You're not going anywhere." Adrian interrupted them. He had gotten off the swing and was standing behind Zayne.

"What?" Zayne asked as he turned around to look at Adrian. He was a little annoyed. "Hey Eli, let's go. Zayne, we'll wait for you in the car." Noah took Eli's hand and said. They were about to go when Zayne stopped them.
