"How did you get me out?" JJ asked Blake when they got out of the Sheriff's Station

"I paid your bail" she replied

"You what? How much was it?" JJ asked concerned

"Hey! It's alright, it was not a waste of money" Blake assured him

"Yeah but-

"Get in the car" JJ's father voice cut his son off

The two teens hadn't seen the man approaching them, but there he was. Probably Deputy Shoupe called him.

"Uh...we actually were going to town" Blake said trying to convince him

"Hello Blake, I really think he should go home, It's been weeks" the man said

"I know but-"

"Leave it, B" JJ interrupted her

"No but we should go, they're waiting for us" The girl tried once again. She couldn't let JJ go with his father.

"Blake, go home. I'll see you later" the blonde looked at her seriously

"But-"

"I'll be fine" he assured her

Blake nodded and after one look to JJ and his father she walked to her car and left. She knew how JJ was abused by his father and Blake and her mother did eveything they could to get the blonde out of his house, but right then she knew there was noe way. She could only hope for the best and she still had go get ready for Midsummers.

Blake walked quickly round her room applying makeup, doing her hair and dressing up. She was wearing a gorgeous black satin dress that hugged her waist and fell all the way to the floor. She matched it with black heels and golden jewelry.

"Blake, we're going to be late. We have to go to the Cameron's" Jack entered his sister's room dressed in an all black suit, with black shirt and tie.

"Why are you wearing all black? Is a summer party. You look like you're going to a funeral" Blake commented on his outfit

"You're going all black too" he replied

"Everyone will be wearing light colours, I want to stand out in all the photos" The girl explained as she finished putting her earrings

"I thought the same. If everyone looks at us because our father, better be looking fucking hot while doing it" Jack told her

"I can see why we're family" Blake smirked

"C'mon the Cameron's are already waiting for us" Jean called put for her children

The Cameron's and the Woods' appeared at Midsummers at the same time. Blake walked in witj her arm laced with her brothers' after she heard Sarah whine all the way to the party about having to go with Topper.

"Does she really think she looks good with that?" Jack whispered to his sister pointing at Rose Cameron's crown

"Yeah, she took her trip to New York a little too seriously, she looks like the Statue of Liberty" Blake laughed along with him

After a while, Blake left her family in search of her friends and after seeing Sarah arguing with Topper she went looking for Kiara.

"Look who's here" Blake smirked making Kiara and Pope turn around

"Hey! It's impossible not to see you. You look gorgeous" Kie hugged her
