LUNASITS AT HER MAKEUP VANITY DOING A SLIGHT TOUCH UP BEFORE SHE LEFT FOR THE NIGHT. Feeling a chill from the window that she didn't leave open, she rolls her eyes still sitting looking forward.
"What do you want Derek? I have to get ready for the game tonight?"
Derek smiles sheepishly, "You don't even play."
Luna rolls her eyes looking at Derek through her vanity mirror, "Wow he's a comedian ladies and gentlemen. Duh I know that. But I am the athletic trainer so gotta go help save lives and put bandaids on boo boos and that sort of thing."
Derek chuckles before glancing at the light cuts on Luna's arms that started to scar. You were only able to see them with heightened senses so the human eye couldn't see them but to him and Luna they were very visible.
"You doing okay?"
Luna raises an eyebrow before turning around staring at Derek blankly, "What do you really want Derek? I'm not in the mood for games."
Derek sighs taking a step closer, "I really just wanted to see how you were. Scott said you weren't doing too well."
"Well Scott needs to mind his own business." Luna scoffs jumping up from her chair walking past Derek, "And you need to leave me alone."
Derek chuckles inwardly as Luna shoulder bumps him, "You know being a bitch and pushing people away is probably not your best idea. It just makes it seem like you care more than you put off."
Luna freezes gulping lightly then turns around showing no emotion, "Well pushing people away keeps them safe."
"From what?"
Luna shrugs, "From me..."
Derek shakes his head taking another step closer to Luna as she steps back, "You haven't done anything."
"Yet."
Step forward.
"It was a hallucination."
Step back.
"It was a vision."
Step forward.
"It wasn't real."
Step back.
"It was a nightmare that can easily come true if I let it."
Step forward.
Luna goes to step back but hits the wall. Derek steps forward again raising his arms up trapping Luna as his hands rest by her head on the wall.
"You know who you are Luna."
"A killer?"
"You know what you're capable of-"
"Yeah killing." Luna scoffs looking away from Derek's intense stare.
